Gladstone was nominated for their starring role in 'Killers of the Flower Moon' as Mollie Burkhart in the epic drama.
Meanwhile, Stone won the 'Best Actress' award for her role in 'Poor Things' as Bella Baxter. The latest award marked Stone's second Oscar win in her career. Emma Stone tearfully gives her Oscar acceptance speech
Actress Emma Stone got emotional after she clinched her second Oscar. Stone notably gave a shout-out to the other actresses who were up for the 'Best Actress' category. She said in her acceptance speech, "The women in this category... Sandra [Hüller], Annette [Bening], Carey [Mulligan], Lily [Gladstone], I share this with you. I’m in awe of you." She added, "It has been such an honor to do all of this together and I hope we get to do more together."
She also thanked her husband, parents and daughter, Louise, who turns three this week. She added that her daughter "has turned our lives technicolor." Additionally, Stone suffered a wardrobe malfunction just before taking the stage to accept the Oscar. She blamed Ryan Gosling for the disaster and said, "My dress is broken. I think it happened during 'I'm Just Ken.'"
