LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The 96th Academy Awards is set to begin at 7 pm ET/4 pm PT on Sunday, March 10. The event will be taking place at the iconic Dolby Theater in Hollywood. 

This year's Oscars, hosted by the hilarious Jimmy Kimmel for the fourth time, promises a glamorous evening celebrating outstanding cinema.

Christopher Nolan's 'Oppenheimer' leads the nominations with an impressive 13 nods, including Best Picture and Best Director. Other contenders like 'Barbie', 'Poor Things' and 'Killers of the Flower Moon' have also attracted plenty of headlines with their exploits.

How to watch the 96th Academy Awards (2024)?

The Oscars coverage kicks off with Brunch at the Oscars on the E! channel at 12 pm PT/3 pm ET, followed by the Live from the Red Carpet show at 2 pm PT/5 pm ET.

ABC starts its coverage with The Oscars Red Carpet Show at 3:30 pm PT/6:30 pm ET, leading to the ceremony at 4 pm PT/7 pm ET. The event is expected to conclude at 7:30 pm PT/10:30 pm ET.

Who is hosting the 96th Academy Awards (2024)?

Jimmy Kimmel, known for hosting the late-night talk show 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', will be hosting the 96th Academy Awards. As a veteran comedian and writer, he brings a wealth of experience, ensuring that every star's night in Hollywood will be a memorable outing.
