Considering the time slot it airs in, Bravo's new reality program, 'Love Match Atlanta,' has been extremely entertaining for fans. The show, which is followed by 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' delves into the lives of five Atlanta matchmakers as they go about finding the perfect match for their clients.

Even though the program is mocked by viewers for its ridiculous matchmaking procedure (the matchmaker's fees, *coughs*), it's safe to say everyone is in awe of these gifted matchmakers. Each matchmaker has their own set of rules and regulations to follow while dealing with clients. Shae Primus, one of the show's well-liked and "least-problematic" matchmakers, boasts of a diverse set of clientele. As "The Middleclass Matchmaker," she meets clients from all walks of life. Shae is always racing to meet new clients as she attempts to maintain a lower pricing range than others to make the process accessible to everybody.

The latest episode of 'Love Match Atlanta' featured another of Shae's intriguing clients. Angela, a single mother of two, approaches her with the hopes of finding genuine love. Shae had known Angela as an eligible bachelor in the past, but she has never had her as a client. Shae thinks it would be a piece of cake to match her with any gentleman because she is quite attractive for a lady in her 50s. She chooses to move Angela from her database/single group to the client page after she informs her that she has been single for a long time and wants to perhaps mingle.

Shae finds it hard to believe someone as "gorgeous" as Angela is not constantly approached by men. Angela clarifies that she does indeed get approached but it is important for her to feel comfortable with them. She wants a man to get to know her first before agreeing to go on a date with him, except such men are hard to come across. She jokes that every second date is difficult for her as that's when men seem to want to get physical. In fact, a second date once turned into a nightmare, she recalls. "I have been assaulted, so yeah, I have my guard up," she replies when Shae asks what happened.

In the episode's confessional, Shae admits that dating is intimidating for single women, and it's something even she needs to think about. As a matchmaker, it is her responsibility to ensure that the individual has been fully vetted and that her client can trust them because this person is going to enter their lives. Angela sobs, insisting that she is not a "piece of meat" and that she deserves to be appreciated. Shae refers to her as a SURVIVOR and encourages her to consider herself as one rather than a victim. Shae goes on to warn that Angela shouldn't give it too much power because it will continue to harm her and make her miserable and angry over nobody protecting her, preventing her from feeling the love she truly deserves.

Shae suggests that Angela write a note to herself and apologize for having to go through something so horrific and filthy. She urges Angela to let go of that part of herself. Shae continues in the confessional by noting that Angela's tale is so many women's stories and that she is "one of them too," and that she still goes to therapy after four years. Shae goes to therapy to work on herself and rebuild herself, which is why she is so "pro-therapy." "We all have issues, but if you don't address them, you will continue to see the problems," she says.

Angela, according to Shae, has to work on herself before she can work on her. She states, "Love is like a gift that wants to come to everybody. Everybody deserves love, but the truth is everybody is not ready to receive love." Shae believes Angela is in a similar situation. She does, however, advise Angela to take one step at a time and hope for something huge and wonderful in the future.

New episodes of 'Love Match Atlanta' air on Bravo every Sunday at 9 pm.
