LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In Episode 3 of 'The Voice' Season 25 which aired on Monday, March 4, 31-year-old Asher Havon delivered something special during his Blind Audition. However, the singer from Selma, Alabama, surprised fans when it came to picking his ultimate coach.

Asher selected a hit song, Adele's 'Set Fire to the Rain,' for his Blind Audition and quickly garnered fans. Chance the Rapper was the first to turn his chair, swiftly followed by Dan + Shay and Reba McEntire, who was the initial judge to express her admiration after the audition.

"Asher, what an incredible voice you have," she said. "Your range, your power, I couldn't wait to turn around and see what you look like."

Chance was pressing hard to persuade Asher to join his side.

"I instantly turned around because I can tell you're trying to win this competition, and you should," he said. "Everything that you did was phenomenal, like it was next level. I was blown away by it, that's why I immediately turned around."

When the moment arrived for Asher to select his Coach, the enthusiasm from his family, who had been vocally supporting Chance, was palpable. Despite their loud advocacy, Asher had already made up his mind, and it wasn't in favor of Chance.

"Chance, I really love you...but I gotta choose Reba," he said.

On X, fans reacted to Asher's choice, "Wow!! Reba got Asher... Chance looks pissed off." Another user chimed in, "It tastes like I chose the right team” , love it!! Those must be some delicious chicken tenders, @reba! Great talent Asher, best of luck on."

One fan said, "WOAH I DIDNT SEE THAT COMING! EXACTLY ASHER! WELCOME TO #TeamReba." A fourth user quipped, "Lol chance thought."

One user felt, "He made a bad choice going with Reba." "You got him pretty easily coach!!!" wondered another.
