CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: 'Married At First Sight' has been renewed for Season 18 following the conclusion of the drama-filled Season 17. However, Lifetime has yet to announce a release date for season 18, but fans can anticipate streaming the new installment soon.

'MAFS' Denver was disappointed with failed marriages, runaway brides, and relationship drama. However, the Lifetime show experts now moved to the windy city of Chicago, Illinois for the second time in franchise history. 

The experts will match ten singles who are ready to be married at first sight. The Lifetime show franchise was previously filmed in Chicago for season 5 in 2017, where fans met beloved fan-favorite couple Ashley Petta and Anthony D'Amico.

'Married At First Sight' Season 18 will feature a series of emotional dramas, last-minute back-outs, divorces, and more. Lifetime released a teaser for the upcoming season during the premiere of 'MAFS' Season 17 Reunion Part 2. The teaser opened with Dr Pia Holec telling her fellow panelists, Dr Pepper Schwartz, and Pastor Cal Roberson, "Welcome to my beautiful city of Chicago."

Dr Pia admitted, "I am so excited. Chicago is a great place to find love." Meanwhile, Pastor Cal added, "There's some really great people and their ready for this." The preview also showed expert interviews with potential matches. However, the upcoming season's trailer also teased a bride having last-minute doubts and she considered her choice not to walk down the aisle.

The bride said, "I really don’t know if I can do this." However, a wedding attendee noted, "Is she really running away?"

However, Kevin teased in the comment section, "There are some changes being made with Chicago... people really come on saying they want to get married and be in love, then don’t want to be married or in love..."
