DENVER, COLORADO: 'Married At First Sight' Season 17 cast reunited for the messy reunion. During the episode, the wives of the Lifetime show teamed up to take a dig at their ex-husbands which sparked outrage among the viewers.

Clare Kerr, Emily Balch, Becca Haley and Lauren Good claimed that their husbands, Cameron Frazer, Austin Reed, Brennan Shoykhet, and Orion Martzloff were on the Lifetime show just for fame. Clare claimed, "They acted like it was a game of 'Survivor' and we honestly just went in hoping for marriage." Emily supported her friend Clare and called out Cameron for 'initiating' the planning behind the scenes.

Lauren chimed in the conversation and claimed Cameron approached her during the honeymoons saying he knew "a way to get out of this." Meanwhile, Becca noted that her now-ex Austin 'plugged in cameras' to capture a conversation they had about 'optics' and how they were portrayed on camera. However, Austin tried to defend himself and noted, "I plugged those in so some of the stuff that hadn’t been caught on camera, when we had a disagreement, could be caught on camera."

However, the viewers were displeased with the Lifetime show wives' claims and called them out on social media. An X user tweeted, "These gals def should not have agreed to act a certain way to fuck w production… except Becca whose spouse literally fucked w production." Another person added, "These women can’t be in on the lying/scheming and be victims at the same time."

Another critic claimed, "5 mins in and i’m already turned off by this reunion becuz this “us vs YALL” the women are doing is so cheap and fraudulent. All the generalizations are so weak cuz everybody IS NOT in the same boat so to be is pretend to is super wack." Another viewer said, "The women definitely had several reunion rehearsal meetings."

Another internet user penned, "These women are not innocent. They participated in the plot too and are now playing victims. All of a sudden they wanna be empowered. Y’all should have been empowered during the show and lived in your truth." Another social media user said, "#MAFS has lost me if they don’t call out these immature, dishonest women."

Did Cameron Frazer and Clare Kerr 'plan' their divorce?

'MAFS' Season 17 star Clare Kerr claimed that Cameron Frazer was the 'puppet master' and planned their relationship's narrative. Clare had admitted to supporting Cameron in executing his plans. Clare and Cameron also admitted that they planned their divorce announcement.

During their first month anniversary dinner, Clare and Cameron played a game where they had to say loud whatever they wanted in their marriage future. The ex-couple announced that they wanted a divorce. Meanwhile, the 'MAFS' fan account recently shared a series of alleged text exchanges between Clare and Cameron which further proved that they strategized every move on the Lifetime show.

The text also showed that Cameron allegedly faked out his illness to step away from filming the Lifetime show. The screenshots also showed that Clare and Cameron were on 'MAFS' just for fame and money rather than actually finding a partner.

'MAFS' host Kevin Frazier slams Denver cast to 'deceive' the process

'MAFS' Season 17 host Kevin Frazier was furious over Denver cast members' controlled narratives. He called the cast out for trying to 'deceive' the social marriage experiment. During Part 1 of the Reunion, Kevin claimed, "I will say this, that every time this happens, when everybody plots and plans... you screw up the whole experiment."

The host further noted, "This show is thought through, the experts spend an inordinate amount of time trying to match you up with somebody that can be your partner for life and when you try to deceive the process, you end up getting screwed." Kevin also slammed the cast for trying to 'outsmart' the Lifetime show, adding, "All it's about is seeing you go through in authentic experience, that’s it. And it's hard watching yourself."
