By the end of Season 9 of the TLC show, she was on her way to finally meet the Frenchman, a gentleman she met on a language exchange app and began dating long distance. Those who stalk the 'No BS Active' owner on Instagram may have wondered, now that Season 10 has begun, if Whitney and Lennie are back together. While some fans are curious about Whitney's relationship with The Frenchman, others believe she has moved on from that long-distance affair. Fans will see Whitney and Lennie spending time together again as the new season unfolds, allowing them to attempt to establish a working relationship.

Lennie was introduced as Whitney's lover in Season 2 and they ended their relationship in Season 3, episode 9. Whitney revealed on MBFFL that she felt trapped in their relationship and that they weren't going forward. "I realized maybe I have needs that he can't meet or doesn't want to meet. I need a relationship where I feel like I'm not asking the other person to change," Whitney told the camera before confronting Lennie. Whitney had a pregnancy scare not long after, but it came out to be a false positive.

Whitney's relationship with Lennie is becoming strained after she hired him to perform production work for her business. In a sneak peek for Tuesday's episode of 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life,' the 38-year-old is startled awake when Lennie climbs into bed with her to pose for a video-related question concerning her fitness program and app, No BS Active. Whitney is taken aback at first, but she leans into the moment by asking Lennie to scratch her back while she's nude — and he gladly obliges. Later in the episode, the two discuss the importance of setting limits.
"I just want to know why you felt it appropriate to climb into my bed when I was fully nude," Whitney confesses before Lennie answers, "Well, I didn't think it was a problem… I mean, did it make you uncomfortable?" Whitney says that she was not uncomfortable, but that some might find the scenario odd.
"I feel like we need to discuss what our working relationship is because I am not a single woman," she explains.
Whitney is now in a long-distance relationship with her French partner, whom she has been dating for several months. After meeting online, the pair began dating in 2021. Her partner, who has requested anonymity and has not been seen in full on Whitney's TLC show or Instagram, resides in Paris, and she and her pals just refer to him as the "Frenchman."
When Whitney's father arrives in the room and discovers the reality star and Lennie on her bed together, things become even more awkward. "There's nothing to worry about," Lennie says regarding what transpired in the confessional. "I'm talking to you about work stuff — and you just happened to be naked."
