Whitney has revealed that she is dating her mysterious French beau in a preview clip for the new season. However, after discussing her current boyfriend with her ex Lennie Alehat in the first episode, she hires Lennie to help her film her online fitness videos.

Viewers of 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' can't help but think Whitney Way Thore and Lennie Alehat can be the perfect platonic friends. They used to date, but are now content to be around each other as excellent pals. Whitney and Lennie dated in previous seasons of the TLC show. They had several plot lines, including a trek together, a BBQ luau with Whitney's folks, Babs and Glenn Thore, and even an artistic interlude. Whitney agreed to be a model for Lennie as he painted an angel on a can. While Whitney appreciated the gesture, some found it disturbing. TLC has unveiled a clip from the new season of 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' with Lennie and Whitney. Several viewers immediately wondered if the former couple had reconciled. Whitney, on the other hand, made it clear that the two were simply friends, telling Lennie, "Luckily, my boyfriend is very not jealous and very not worried about you." While Whitney insists nothing untoward is going on, viewers are aware of how easy it is to revert to old habits with an ex, which Whitney confirms.

Whitney and Lennie would be working together, according to the Season 10 promo released by TLC. Whitney insists in the video that they would keep their relationship entirely professional, despite her friends' reservations. "Some people might think that hanging onto an ex is a slippery slope. I might fall on my ass, but I won't fall for Lennie," she claims.

As the new season of 'My Big Fat Fabulous Life' begins, fans are eager to finally meet Whitney's partner. The dancer has intimated that he may feature on the show and has even given him a job in her company.
