New boy Ivan (André Lamoglia), son of the world's most famous footballer, causes quite a stir at Las Encinas. At the beginning of season 5, Patrick (Manu Rios) hooks up with Omar (Omar Ayuso) and they chat about Patrick's father and why he is so irritated with him. Yet, it seems like Patrick will not be interested in Omar this season since there is a new face in Las Encinas. Ivan catches Patrick's eye at first sight.
At this moment, Patrick is smitten with Ivan, and all he wants to do is be with him. So the next day, he waits outside the school for Ivan so they can both enter together; but Ivan is late because his cool dad forgot to charge his phone so he could play music at his parties.
As the episode continues, Patrick and Ivan become drunk. Patrick then goes with Ivan to his house. But here's the thing - Ivan claims to be straight and wants nothing romantic with Patrick; he wants to be his best buddy, but it seems he is playing some game with Patrick. 'Elite' Season 5: The party is finally over as Omar finds the dead body
As the series progresses, Ivan gets interested in Ari (Carla Diaz), as we saw them maintaining eye contact throughout the fundraising event.
When Samuel is in a life-or-death situation, his girlfriend Ari is hooking up with Ivan, even though her twin brother has feelings for Ivan. But Ivan and Ari end up having sex on a boat in the middle of the lake.
However, Ari tells Ivan the next day that it was a mistake, and later that day, Patrick and Ivan hang out together, and a lot of things happen. As twisted up as the scenario appears to be right now, you might need to know another twist - Ivan's father and Patrick made out as well. Is there anyone Patrick haven't had a sexual relationship with yet? Patrick only wants love, but it appears that he will never get it. As Patrick and Ivan were hanging around in Ivan's house, things between them became hot, and they eventually made love.
Even when everything is going well for everyone, a mishap occurs. Remember how Ivan threw a dating party to raise money for Samuel's bail? Well, he threw the party and raised money so that he could see Ari happy. At the party, one thing led to another, and we find Ivan and Ari naked in a hot bathtub, and spending the night together. As Ivan comes in to take something he sees something very unexpected - his father and Patrick making out in the pool.
It's a bit perplexing, and viewers may at first believe that Ivan is playing around with the siblings, but in the end, it appears Patrick is playing around with everyone. After a fight, Ivan tells Patrick to stay away from him and his father. It'll be fascinating to see who will get Patrick in the end.
