Netflix 'Elite' Season 5 Full Cast List: Meet Omar Ayuso and other actors
'Elite' is one of those Netflix shows that comes with a lot of drama and plot twists. As the series returns for Season 5, viewers expect another intense outing that will keep them at the edge of their seats. Created by Carlos Montero and Daro Madrona, the Spanish-language thriller teen drama is set in Las Encinas, a fictional exclusive secondary school, and explores the friendships of three working-class students who attend on a scholarship and their rich classmates.
The show's cast has undergone some changes. Arón Piper (Ander) and Miguel Bernardeau (Guzmán Nunier Osuna) from the original cast are no longer in the main cast. They go on a trip together at the end of Season 4, and it's doubtful they'll return in Season 5 unless they make cameo appearances. Itzan Escamilla, Omar Ayuso, Claudia Salas, Georgina Amorós, Carla Daz, Martina Cariddi, Manu Ros, Pol Granch, and Diego Martin feature in Season 5 of 'Elite.' For the new season, Valentina Zenere, André Lamoglia, and Adam Nourou have joined the cast.

Omar Ayuso
Omar Ayuso is a Spanish actor, most known for his portrayal of Omar Shanaa on 'Elite' (2018–present). Ayuso grew up in Manzanares el Real, a suburb of Madrid. He got interested in acting and filmmaking after watching 'Bad Education' as a youngster. He studies audiovisual communication at the Charles III University of Madrid.
In 2018, Ayuso was cast as Omar Shanaa, a closeted homosexual Muslim who begins a romance with Ander Muoz, played by Arón Piper. Ayuso spent two months with director Ramón Salazar in preparation for the part, absorbing his character's role. He also appeared in three short films in 2019, including Salvador Calvo's 'Maras', Jorge Cantos' 'Ráfagas de Vida Salvaje', and Jools Beardon's 'Disseminare'. In January 2020, Ayuso appeared in singer-songwriter Rosala's music video for 'Juro Que.' In the forthcoming film '8 Aos', Ayuso plays David. The film is a homosexual drama in which he reflects on an eight-year romance.
Itzan Escamilla
Itzan Escamilla Guerrero is a Spanish actor who plays Samuel Garca Domnguez in 'Elite'. He received his education at Madrid's prestigious Cristina Rota School of Dramatic Arts. He previously appeared in shows such as 'Seis Hermanas,' 'Cable Girls,' and 'The Idhun Chronicles.'
Claudia Salas
Claudia Calvo Salas, better known by her stage name Claudia Salas, plays Rebe in 'Elite.' She studied acting at Madrid's Arte4 Drama School. Her first television appearance was in the historical soap opera 'Seis Hermanas', where she played a minor role.
Georgina Amorós
Georgina Amorós Sagrera is a Spanish actress known for her roles in 'Elite,' 'Welcome to the Family,' and 'Locked Up' on television. She's also recognized for using social media and events to promote numerous social justice concerns. She had her first totally English-speaking appearance in the 2020 film 'Rifkin's Festival'.
Carla Díaz
Carla Diaz is a Spanish actress who joined 'Elite' season 4 cast as one of the new key characters. She began her career as a television commercial actress in 1992, when she was only two years old. Diaz has since appeared in around 80 commercials.
Martina Cariddi
Martina Cariddi is a rising personality on television and has been gaining a whole new legion of followers as a result of her role in 'Elite' Season 4. Martina Cariddi was born in Spain and attended Madrid's Municipal School of Dramatic Art.
Manu Ríos
Manuel Ríos Fernández, better known by his stage name Manu Ríos, is a Spanish actor, model, and influencer who plays Patrick Blanco Commerford in 'Elite'. In 2010, he started his musical career by singing covers on YouTube. He joined the musical group Parchs in 2012, with whom he created albums and went on tour.
Pol Granch
Pol Granch is a musician and actor of French and Spanish descent. On Netflix's 'Elite', he plays Phillipe Florian Von Triesenberg. Granch released the single 'Tiroteo' in 2021, which featured Marc Segu and a remix by Rauw Alejandro. He then went on to record the singles 'No pegamos' and 'Lüky Charm'.
Diego Martín
Diego Martín was born in Madrid, Spain. The actor is best known for 'Three Steps Above Heaven' (2010), 'Hermanos & detectives' (2007), and '[REC] 3: Genesis' (2012).
Valentina Zenere
Valentina Zenere is an Argentinian actress, model, and singer best known for her roles in the Disney Channel original shows 'Soy Luna' and 'Juacas' and the Argentine telenovela 'Casi Ángeles' as Alai Inchausti. Valentina is one of the newcomers to the 'Elite' Season 5 cast.
André Lamoglia
André Lamoglia is a Brazilian actor. On Netflix's 'Elite' Season 5, he will play Iván. He's known for his roles in 'Juacas' (2017), 'The Traitor' (2019), and 'Bia' (2019).
Adam Nourou
Adam Nourou is a French actor who will play Eric on Netflix's 'Elite' Season 5. 'Adu' (2020) and 'Turf' (2013) are two of Adam Nourou's most well-known works.
'Elite' will return to Netflix on Friday, April 8, with its fifth season.
