Of all the Captains on 'Below Deck' franchises, Parsifal III's Captain Glenn Shephard has earned the reputation of being the most easy-going, and kind-hearted boss. So, to make someone as considerate as Captain Glenn to not want to rehire you is quite a feat and one that Season 3's stewardess Ashley Marti earned.

During the reunion special of 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Season 3, host Andy Cohen asked the Captain if there was any crew member he would never work with again or ever rehire. After carefully reflecting on the question, the Captain went around praising all the crew members, including former deckhand Tom Pearson, who he had fired earlier in the season. While praising the crew for their hard work and efforts, he finally revealed that he would never want to work with Ashley again.

The Captain also explained his reasoning behind the answer by pointing out how Ashley was so determined to be promoted to the second stew position that she neglected to follow instructions and do her job properly. Captain Glenn declared that to be a good leader, one has to be a good follower, a quality that Ashley lacked. After hearing Captain Glenn's response, fans took to Twitter to laud him for his logical and well-rounded response.
