HunterGirl loses to Noah Thomspon, 'American Idol' fans say she was 'robbed by 12M horny teen girls'
The highly anticipated 'American Idol' Season 20's winner was announced on the recently aired finale episode of the ABC singing competition show. After learning that Noah Thompson won the season while platinum-ticket holder HunterGirl came second, fans were left feeling disappointed and upset.
Many fans took to Twitter to vent out their disappointment with the 16 million voters who handed 19-year-old Noah the victory, despite his performances constantly paling in comparison to his competitor HunterGirl's. From accusing the show of being rigged to feeling relieved that their favorite HunterGirl wouldn't be bound by the restrictive 'American Idol' winner's recording contract, fans had many thoughts on the final verdict.
