Will HunterGirl win 'American Idol' 20? Fans sure she'll be 'huge in country' music

Platinum Ticket holder HunterGirl is steadily winning over everybody's hearts with her stellar performances week after week on 'American Idol'

When HunterGirl was handed the coveted Platinum Ticket after her auditions on 'American Idol' Season 20, fans had some pretty strong feelings about it. While some fans felt that she deserved it, many others felt that she was over-rated and way too hyped by the judges. But the 23-year-old is steadily winning over everybody's hearts with her stellar performances week after week.

On the recently aired episode of 'American Idol', the top 24 contestants were presented with the golden opportunity of performing before a live audience at Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawaii. Ahead of her performance, HunterGirl decided to let go off her beloved guitar and allow her vocals to shine through on their own. This turned out to be a great decision as she got everybody in the audience up on their feet and dancing to her rendition of 'Banjo' by Rascal Flatts. By the end of her performance, the judges and the guest mentor- Jimmie Allen couldn't stop raving about her showmanship.

Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan praised her for her ability to completely captivate the audience's attention and guide them into enjoying her performance. Katy Perry simply declared that she wasn't worried about HunterGirl at all. Just like the judges, the fans too were bowled by her performance and began hailing her as a winner already. A fan tweeted, "Predicting Huntergirl @huntergirlmusic will win American Idol 2022! @AmericanIdol #Americanidol." "I think HunterGirl has a very good chance of winning. Love her voice #AmericanIdol," wrote a fan. "Huntergirl is one of my favorites this season. She’s got my vote. @huntergirlmusic #AmericanIdol," commented a fan.

Many fans also predicted that irrespective of how things pan out for her in the singing competition show, she still had the potential to become a huge country star. A fan shared, "@huntergirlmusic really feels like a seasoned Pro. Definitely top 3. I’m not even a country music fan, but this artist is just that good. The only Platinum ticket contestant who has really delivered and met expectations. #AmericanIdol." "Hunter will be huge in Country #AmericanIdol she really don't need to win," added a fan. "The gap between Huntergirl and the rest of the competition tonight is wider than the Grand Canyon. #idol #AmericanIdol," expressed a fan.

Since the audience's votes will decide the fate of contestants on 'American Idol', we will just have to wait and watch to see if HunterGirl manages to secure enough votes to move onto the next round.
