Is an 'Euphoria' star joining 'The White Lotus' Season 4? Fans think the clues are impossible to ignore
Infused with comedy and drama, HBO's 'The White Lotus' has built a dedicated fan base eagerly awaiting the release of its new season. Created by Mike White, the vacation drama continues to entertain viewers with its unique and twisted storytelling, set against stunning, exotic locations. With season 4 officially greenlit, speculation is rife about the casting of an 'Euphoria' star, and honestly, we are looking forward to it.
The star in question is Trisha Paytas, who is taking her acting career to the next level, from her Broadway debut in 'Beetlejuice' to a role in 'Euphoria' Season 3. Rumors are now circulating that she may join 'The White Lotus,' as per Pedestrian. Fans are convinced Paytas may join the hit show after she revealed in a TikTok video that she's about to fly to France. She said, "We did celebrate Christmas early because I'm about to jet off to France! Oui oui oui!" while showing a handbag decorated with the French flag.

She added, "I have a little thing happening there, so this was my first gift… It's giving Les Mis, but bling." Reportedly, HBO confirmed in November 2025 that season 4 will take place in France, with showrunner White noting he was "very, very early" in the casting process. Notably, Paytas has long been a fan of 'The White Lotus' and has expressed her desire to be part of the series in numerous online videos. In December 2022, she and her husband, Moses Hacmon, even dressed up as the show's characters, Tanya McQuoid-Hunt and Greg Hunt.
She captioned the post, "Checking in to the white lotus," which would be the ultimate form of manifestation if she actually joins the show. Talking about the casting, HBO has already confirmed the first two cast members for 'The White Lotus' Season 4. Alexander Ludwig, known for 'Vikings,' 'Heels,' and 'The Covenant,' and AJ Michalka, best known for 'The Goldbergs,' 'Super 8,' and voicing Catra in 'She-Ra: Princess of Power,' will play pivotal characters in the show.
While HBO has confirmed the casting of Ludwig and Michalka, the nature of their roles remains unknown. Production is expected to begin in the spring, with filming in France, but the exact location and main hotel are unconfirmed, and there's currently no marketing partnership with the Four Seasons. The show continues to be high-profile, earning numerous Emmy nominations for season 3, including Best Drama, multiple Best Supporting Actor slots for Walton Goggins, Jason Isaacs, and Sam Rockwell, and four Best Supporting Actress slots for Carrie Coon, Parker Posey, Natasha Rothwell, and Aimee Lou Wood.
