NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: While the 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 13 Reunion teaser suggests that Kathy Hilton's attendance at the Reunion was the cause of Sutton Stracke's shocked reaction, she has stated that this is not the case. However, after the March 13 episode, viewers are having trouble trusting her, since Kathy implied that Sutton may have "faked" her medical problem upon Kathy's unexpected return.

Kathy had plans for Sutton prior to her health setback. On Part 3 of the 'RHOBH' Season 13 Reunion, Sutton had a terrifying event shortly after Kathy arrived on set.

It all began when host Andy Cohen asked Erika Jayne, who among the group was terrified of Kathy. Erika said, "She's Beverly Hills, and you don't want to run crossways with this one," before Sutton, who was seated on the opposite couch, gasped and fell backward into Garcelle Beauvais.

Andy saw that Sutton was shaking, and Garcelle said, "She was saying she was hot a lot."

"A hot flash?" Kathy commented. "Sutton, you're 49 years old. It's bound to happen!"

As Kathy sat on the opposite sofa, browsing through her phone and speaking with Erika, Sutton informed the paramedic, "I got a little scared." The paramedic found Sutton's pulse and blood pressure to be elevated and advised her to lie down before proceeding to the hospital.

Sutton, on the other hand, stated, "I don't have steady feet," causing Kathy to inquire about Erika's leg problems. Erika described Sutton's neuropathy diagnosis, and Kathy concluded, "Oh, it's neurological."

Kathy did not stop there. As Garcelle and the paramedic led Sutton off the set, the show alum informed Kyle Richards, "I was about to go after her next."

Kathy laughed and said, "I was about to. I think she knew it. It's a good way to get out of being here." Kyle and Erika laughed at Kathy's comments.

“It had nothing to do with Kathy," Sutton later told The Daily Dish. "I wasn't scared of Kathy—we're friends.”

As Sutton was taken to the hospital accompanied by her costar Garcelle, Kathy could be seen implying that Sutton may have been forced to fake her medical emergency, hinting she knew Kathy was going "after her next." This makes fans question if the two are really friends.

On X, fans wrote, "I used to LOVE Kathy but her saying that Sutton’s dangerous high blood pressure is fake to get out of speaking to her is NASTY work." While some wondered, "So Kyle told Kathy to come to the reunion so she can go after Sutton?" 

One user further asked, "Kathy being so unbothered by Sutton's medical emergency is weird. Is she that upset with Sutton or is Kathy just being Kathy?" A fourth user noted, "Kathy laughing, basically in Sutton's face, after she nearly fainted and telling her she old and it's probably hot fkashes...wow! Idk why Kathy was at this reunion, but everything she did was absolutely shockingly lacking in basic human emotional intelligence. Chilling."

One viewer slammed Kathy writing, "KATHY IS WILD FOR THIS! Like what the actual… Did she just drag Sutton while she’s like having a panic attack and then carry on having a casual convo with Erika about the holidays and replying to some texts? Is she trying to show that she’s here to bat for Kyle bc.." Calling the whole thing pathetic, one user wrote, "So was Kathy there as Kyle’s back up to go after Sutton? Pathetic Erica told Andy to go after Kyle hard; no blow back from that??"  

Are Sutton Stracke and Kathy Hilton friends?

Kyle and Sutton have been friends for a long time, but their relationship is going through some changes in Season 13. Sutton suspected that her troubles with Kyle were related to her friendship with Kathy, especially when Kyle mentioned that Sutton enjoyed being invited to Kathy's events.

Sutton responded to Kyle's comments during 'Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen'.

"Well, I'm the one [who] has the parties," Sutton added. "Kathy comes to my parties."

Sutton went on to explain that she's known Kathy longer than she has Kyle.

"I just want to clear this up, because I met Kathy before I met Kyle, and I love Kathy," she said. "We're friends."

Did Sutton Stracke go to Kathy Hilton's Christmas party?

On 'RHOBH' Season 13, Sutton enraged Kyle by allegedly asking too many questions about her marriage. Kyle took offense and began shaming Sutton over his claimed eating and drinking habits.

The discomfort must have been evident, since the two attended Kathy's Christmas party during the same week that all of this turmoil was appearing on television. According to Kyle, Sutton was quite uncomfortable.

She was simply "rude."

Is Sutton Stracke ok?

After the drama, Sutton told Women's Health that she was taken to the medical room with the aid of castmate Garcelle, who kept her company. She claims the experience was far more horrifying off-camera.

According to PEOPLE, Sutton began to feel odd midway through the reunion recording. Sutton ended up blacking out on the couch and sliding backward while paramedics rushed in to save her.

"My body went into shock," she explained to ET. "I think my blood pressure was 175 over 120, and I couldn't stop my legs from shaking."

Although her castmates have previously criticized Sutton's eating habits, the Georgia native claims she only ate two meals that day and did not consume any alcohol. Simply put, Sutton told PEOPLE that her body had "collapsed," adding, "There was nothing I could do about it. It was wild."

After medical staff treated Sutton on set, she was transferred to an urgent care clinic, where she couldn't stop vomiting, according to PEOPLE. After checking her vitals, medical professionals at urgent care opted to transport her to the ER via ambulance.

Sutton stated that her blood pressure "soared up" during the event, but her castmate Garcelle remained by her side, even providing her with updates from producers on what was still going on at the Reunion. And Garcelle isn't the only cast member that looked out for Sutton—the owner of Sutton Brands stated that every member of 'RHOBH' contacted her the next day to ensure she was okay.

The greatest surprise of all? Erika, with whom Sutton had a quarrel, now contacts her often.

Sutton had various procedures, including a chest X-ray and blood testing. She was eventually identified as exhausted and dehydrated.

She also claims to have had bronchitis since the Christmas season. Furthermore, she thought she had defeated it previously, but her doctor subsequently informed her that the sickness had returned in full force.

After the Reunion, Sutton rested for ten days and received antibiotics and a steroid injection. However, she still didn't feel 100%, so she went back to her doctor for another dose of steroids, which eventually helped her feel better.

However, the experience prompted her to pay more care to her health. After being referred to an ENT specialist and having a nasal endoscopy, Sutton discovered she had nodules on her voice cords, which she is now treating with the aid of a vocal coach in the hopes of avoiding surgery.

She's also getting her first colonoscopy this autumn, and she'll be catching up on her breast examinations with her ob-gyn. In addition to visiting her doctors more regularly, Sutton has begun consuming more water, establishing an early bedtime, and maintaining a regular workout regimen of tennis and Pilates.
