Did Kyle Richards get a nose job?
According to Bravo, in November 2020, TV personality Kyle Richards addressed plastic surgery speculations on her Instagram Stories. She stated, “Since so many of you were speculating what I did or did not do to my face… here is your answer. I fixed my nose.” "I broke it last September and the bone poking out bothered me. ‘RHOBH’ star Kyle Richards shares her healthy habits and lifestyle changes
Kyle spilled the beans on her fitness and weight loss journey while having a chat with Us Weekly in December 2023. “I think back to when I was in my 20s and 30s, and I look better than I did then, and that’s after having four kids,” she told the media outlet. The 'Halloween' franchise star attributed her recent physical changes to a change in her mindset.
"When I was younger, I used to work out to lose weight. Now it’s for me—first and foremost, my mental health. The fact that it makes me look good is just a bonus," Kyle further added. The 'ER' alum began exercising at a young age and talked about her previous battle with an eating disorder on 'RHOBH.' However, she now takes a more well-rounded approach to her health and adjusts her routine based on her body's needs.
Kyle has stopped drinking alcohol. She further added, "Even though I wasn’t a big drinker, removing alcohol made such a difference in my skin and how I felt." She removed specific foods like pasta, and bread from her diet as well. Currently, she is consuming a diet that is rich in protein. "Breakfast is either a protein shake with a banana or oatmeal with berries. For a snack, I like apples and peanut butter or string cheese. I eat raw nuts when I want something crunchy or a healthy popcorn," she explained.
Kyle chooses chicken or grilled fish on salad for lunch. For dinner, she typically eats salmon, halibut, or chicken paillard with arugula and lemon. She adjusted her exercise routine to meet the needs of her body. She continued, "I’d go on hikes and spin. I started including weights, hot yoga [and] running, especially when going through a hard time. It really clears my head,"
