SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' Season 4 finale dropped some of the most shocking revelations that tore the Bravo stars apart. The mystery behind 'Reality Von (Tea)se', an Instagram account that exposed Jen Shah's scandal and contributed to sending her to prison was also unveiled during the Bravo show finale.
Tenesha has been Heather Gay's personal hairstylist for the last three years. She was also the closest friend of the Bravo show newbie Monica Garcia.
However, Heather revealed a devastating phone call in the finale which exposed Monica and her best friend Tenesha's scam. The reality star received the screenshots of the DMs which proved that Monica was behind 'Reality Von (Tea)se.'
Heather conducted her own investigation after casting doubts on Monica's true nature. The reality star's suspicions arose following a conversation with Monica regarding Angie's Greek mafia DMs.
Monica shared with Heather that she doubted any cast member would create a fake account, but she admitted that she could do so. This statement troubled Heather, prompting her to launch an investigation.
She then called her business partner Dre and discovered Monica's unpaid bills for the beauty procedures she underwent in Beauty Lab.
After considering all the evidence and the timeline Heather and other co-stars, Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, and Angie Katsanevas confronted Monica. Heather also called Monica a "bully" and "fraud."

In the 'RHOSLC' Season 4 finale, the Bravo stars engaged in a Bermuda triangle game, posing questions about each other's mysteries. Heather Gay directed a question to Monica Garcia, asking, "Who is the real Monica?"
Monica was taken aback by the question, and Heather accused her of being the mastermind behind the secret Instagram account. Following Heather's accusations and confrontations from other co-stars, Monica confessed to creating 'Reality Von Tease.'
However, the reality star disclosed that her friends and other individuals were also implicated in the scandal. 'Reality Von Tease' made its debut post on March 1, 2021, just weeks before Jen Shah's arrest.

'RHOSLC' Season 4 star Heather Gay found out about Monica Garcia's multiple aliases.
In the finale, Heather revealed that she went shopping to buy a birthday card for the newbie where she was informed Monica had three different titles with the same first name and birthday.
While shopping for a birthday card, Heather contacted her business partner, Dre, who disclosed that Monica used the name Monica Fowler, not Monica Garcia, to undergo beauty procedures at the reality star's Beauty Lab + Laser company.
Monica and Heather are currently embroiled in a legal dispute over unpaid bills. In August, Heather Gay's company, Beauty Lab + Laser, initiated legal proceedings against Monica, a newcomer to the Bravo show, alleging "breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing."
However, Monica fired back with a countersuit for alleged "botched" procedures on her nose and lips.
