Henderson crossed borders in 2016 to seek fresh possibilities in the United States. He arrived at Walt Disney World, where he dedicated himself to honing his craft and creating cakes that were not only tasty, but also became part of the fantasies of people who tried them.

The 2019 pandemic led him to make a brave move: he quit his job at Disney and competed in an online cake design competition, winning first place and marking a watershed moment in his career.
