One of the highlights of Forage & Feast is the mushroom foraging trip led by Chefs Kaleena Bliss and Nicco Muratore. Eight participants have the opportunity to explore the wilderness in the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest in search of wild mushrooms, learning to identify and harvest mushrooms like chanterelles and lobster mushrooms.

Following the foraging excursion, guests reconvene for a family-style dinner back in the city, where the harvested mushrooms and other locally sourced ingredients take center stage in a delectable feast crafted by the chefs.
