'Wednesday' Season 3 will take the titular protagonist on a globe-trotting journey all the way from Nevermore Academy to the City of Love. Netflix greenlit the gothic horror-comedy for Season 3 in July 2025, ahead of the show's Season 2 premiere. The third chapter in Wednesday Addams' saga went into production on February 23 in Ireland. Now, the series has added Paris to its list of filming locations. The first-look image from the upcoming season shows actress Jenna Ortega, who plays the pigtailed protagonist, standing in front of the Eiffel Tower with her loyal companion, 'Thing,' next to her on a motorcycle. The post is captioned, "From Paris, with dread," followed by its French translation, "De Paris, avec effroi."

At the end of Season 2, Wednesday took off in her Uncle Fester’s motorcycle sidecar in search of her roommate Enid, who ran away from Nevermore after turning into an alpha werewolf. While the plot for Season 3 has not been revealed yet, it will likely delve into Wednesday's worldwide search for Enid, with Paris being one of the stops. At the start of production, Netflix unveiled Season 3's stacked cast with a promo video, which saw Lurch dancing with another servant. In the clip, the placard featuring Emma Myers as Enid went up in flames, adding suspense to the character's arc. Created by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, 'Wednesday' is led by Ortega as the gothic outcast, Wednesday Addams. The title also sees Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams, Luis Guzmán as Gomez Addams, Isaac Ordonez as Pugsley Addams, and Joanna Lumley as Grandmama Hester Frump. Lumley has been promoted to a series regular after her recurring role in Season 2.

Furthermore, Joy Sunday, Evie Templeton, Georgie Farmer, and Moosa Mostafa will return as Nevermore students, Bianca Barclay, Agnes DeMille, Ajax Petropolus, and Eugene Ottinger, respectively. Season 3 will also feature Victor Dorobantu as Thing, Fred Armisen as Uncle Fester, Billie Piper as Isadora Capri, and Hunter Doohan as Tyler Galpin. New additions include Noah Taylor as Cyrus, Oscar Morgan as Atticus, Kennedy Moyer as Daisy, Chris Sarandon as Balthazar, Winona Ryder as Tabitha, and Eva Green as Morticia's sister, Ophelia. Balthazar is likely the dead family cousin at whose funeral Morticia first met Gomez. In April, Lena Headey, Andrew McCarthy, and James Lance joined the expanding cast as guest stars.

As seen in the clip, all the Nevermore students have an 'N' (for Nevermore) above their names, and the barista, Tyler, has an 'O' above his name. Additionally, all members of the Addams family have an 'A' (for Addams) except Grandmama and Aunt Ophelia, who have an 'F' (for Frump) above their names. Stay tuned for more news about 'Wednesday' Season 3.
