'The Voice' fans predict 'Ariana's team is doomed' after Holly Forbes' elimination

Fans took to Twitter to point out how with only Jim and Sasha left from Team Ariana, the pop icon's chances of winning were diminished

From the moment Ariana Grande was announced as the new coach on 'The Voice' Season 21, the pop icon's fans were determined to make her the winning coach of the season. Ariana's fans aka Arianators went all out in an attempt to save the participants from her Team Ariana. The 'Thank You, Next' singer managed to put together a really talented group of singers together on her team, which left her fans further convinced that she could actually win in her debut season.

Despite the Arianators' best attempts some really talented singers like Raquel Trinidad, Ryleigh Plank, Bella DeNapoli, KCK3, etc began getting eliminated from the competition. When it was finally time for the Top 10 round, Ari was left with only father-son duo Jim & Sasha Allen and Holly Forbes. Since only eight participants can compete in the semi-finals, Jim & Sasha and Holly fought really hard to secure a spot in the semi-finals. Unfortunately, America voted heavily for Jim & Sasha, while Holly failed to receive enough votes to secure a spot in the semi-finals round.

While Jim and Sasha managed to make it to the top 8 thanks to the audience votes, Holly once again had to compete for the instant save vote alongside Jershika Maple and Jeremy Rosado. Despite her best performance, Holly, unfortunately, failed to once again garner enough votes to secure the instant save vote, so her journey on the show ended. Jershika was announced as the winner of the instant save vote. While fans were happy for Jershika's win, they were however sad to see Holly go.

Many fans took to Twitter to point out how only Jim & Sasha were left from Team Ariana, and that the pop icon's chances of winning the competition on her debut season were diminished with Holly's elimination. A fan tweeted, "Holly should not have gone home idk #thevoice." Another fan wrote, "Raquel, Ryleigh, Vaughn, Bella, holly ALL GONE and that mediocre Texas Roadhouse karaoke duo is still there. I’m sick and throwing up. #TheVoice." "Well Team Ariana is definitely going to lose now , Holly was Ariana last option to win #TheVoice," commented a fan. "So y’all letting holly go while jim and sasha stay? jesus fix it… #thevoice," added a fan.

Another fan pointed out, "I can’t wait til Jim and Sasha get eliminated. The fact that Ariana’s fans really tried to vote for ARIANA and not the talent is hilarious. You guys inadvertently sent Holly home. Now Ariana has ONE spot on her team. #thevoice." "And now Ariana will have no team for the finals since it's looking bad for next week. Can't belive y'all were able to vote for Jim and Sasha but not for Holly. Unforgivable #TheVoice #TeamAriana," seconded a fan. "HOW YALL PULL THROUGH FOR JIM N SASHA BUT NOT HOLLY ITS NOT ADDING UP #TheVoice #TeamAriana," expressed a fan. "Are you f***ing kidding me?!?! Now Ariana's team is doomed with Jim and Sasha who are mediocre singers because y'all couldn't give the same energy to Holly who actually deserved it #TheVoice," declared a fan.

'The Voice' Season 21 airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8/7c on NBC.
