Paris Winningham and Jonathan Mouton stole the show with their incredible closing performance on the last night of the battles round on 'The Voice' Season 21. The two incredibly talented singers were pitted against each other by their coach John Legend for the battles round. Considering the buttery smooth quality to their voice, John picked Luther's 'Here and Now' for the duo's battle-round performance.

After rehearsing with John and guest coach Camilla Cabello, both Paris and Jonathan were more than ready to set the stage on fire with their performance. John and Camilla were beyond impressed with how beautifully the duo complemented each others' vocals and was hard-pressed to find any flaws in their performance. It was finally time for their final performance on the main stage, and the duo once again left everybody impressed. Blake Shelton was so impressed by the duo's performance that he declared it wasn't a battle-round performance but a record-worthy performance. Kelly Clarkson and Ariana Grande agreed with Blake and couldn't stop showering praises upon both the singers.

Usually, the other coaches chip in with their two cents to help the performers' coach in picking out the winner by pointing out who they would pick. Unfortunately for John he got no such help from his fellow coaches as none of them could pick a winner between Paris and Jonathan as both their performances were flawless. John thanked his team's performers for making his job extremely difficult and finally chose Paris as his winner as he was drawn to Paris' energy and groove.

Fans were pleased with Johns' decision and took to Twitter to rave about Paris. A fan tweeted, "I love Jonathan but Paris's voice is just #VoiceBattles." Another fan wrote, "@johnlegend #VoiceBattles definitely the best choice!!! Paris is amazing and can win it all with the right song choices. Luther was perfect!!." "@johnlegend #VoiceBattles What a great Battle round between Paris and Jonathan! There is just some magic to Paris though!" seconded a fan.

Thankfully Jonathan's journey on the show hasn't ended either as Blake used hi steal button to get him on Team Blake. Fans were happy with Blake's move too, and thanked the coach for not sending Jonathan home. A fan tweeted, "@blakeshelton #VoiceBattles Jonathan has a beautiful voice! Thank you for stealing him. Help him to step out of the background & be the star voice.." "@johnlegend #VoiceBattles I know you are the expert but I did feel that Jonathan should have won. Im glad Blake was able to steal him," commented a fan. Another fan added, "Yes way to go Blake thank you for saving Jonathan he was super talented I didn't want to see him leave thank you for saving him great job I think he will win watch him I loved Jonathan @blakeshelton #VoiceBattles."
