Syfy's action-packed show, based out of a graphic novel of the same name by Rick Remender has been dubbed to be like Hogwarts for the assassins, as the show is set in a school named 'Kings Dominion' which focuses on nurturing the killers, the assasins and the "future disruptors of America." The coming-of-age story is set against the backdrop of 1980s counterculture with the then president, Ronald Reagan, named as a bad guy. Marcus Arguello Lopez (Benjamin Wadsworth) is a homeless orphaned teenager who gets recruited in Kings Dominion, a secret academy for the Deadly Arts, where he struggles to find his place among a community of the deadliest characters in the world ncluding Saya (Lana Condor). The high school series is abundant with gore, unfiltered language, drug use and violence.
