For some of the celebrities on 'Dancing With The Stars', nailing each performance almost comes naturally. For others, it seems like there is a lot more practice and hard work involved. But, with each dance being technically sound, these stars have no other option but to put in the hard work.

Although he is not at the top of the game, Matt James is most certainly trying. After 'Britney Week', James was all set for 'Disney Heroes Night', seeing that he was in on the joke that fans thought he looked like Frozone from 'The Incredibles'. James was thrilled (to say the least) to play the part, as he and pro Lindsay Arnold danced the Quickstep to 'The Incredits' from 'The Incredibles'.

Len Goodman pointed out that while his technique wasn't great, the performance was fast and energetic. Bruno Tonioli joked that as Frozone, Matt James was defrosting nicely and his steps were getting better. Carrie Ann Inaba appreciated James's effort and noted that he needs to continue to work on his moves. Derek Hough felt as though the performance was well done and entertaining. The judges scored James 26 out of 40 for his performance this week.

Fans continue to have a love-hate relationship with the former 'The Bachelor' star. While some are quick to write off his performances, others seem to enjoy that James seems more like himself than during his season. "So we tuned in late to #DWTS and my mom goes "How's Matt James doing? I hope he doesn't dance the way he kisses." And honestly, she's not wrong" tweeted a fan. "Me everytime Matt James comes on TV: #DWTS" added another.

Matt James really went all out for this performance and seemed to enjoy playing Frozone as he continued to make jokes post his performance as well. Fans were pleasantly surprised to see this side of him. "guys matt james actually has a personality. we would've never known #DWTS" tweeted a fan. "I like Matt James so much more on #DWTS than the Bachelor. Is this what the Bachelor could have been?" added another.

"Every moment of Matt James' personality on @DancingABC further highlights how @BachelorABC did him dirty with that boring-guy edit #DWTS #TheBachelor" tweeted a fan. "I am LOVING Matt James on DWTS he's so fun to watch and I'm furious at the bachelor producers for making him seem so dreary and boring on his season #DWTS" added another user. "Late as usual to #DWTS snark night. LOL. Missed the first 30 minutes. Love that they are allowing Matt's personality to shine, unlike the Bachelor. He's trying hard. I appreciate it." said a fan.
