'DWTS' Disney Night: Mel C fans say Gleb Savchenko is 'not the best choice' for her

Mel C's critisim on the dance floor has led fans to believe that Gleb Savchenko might not be the right match for her

When it comes to 'Dancing With The Stars', a few celebrities have proved that they are a force to be reckoned with on the dance floor. With consistently strong performances and high scores, this lot is one to watch out for as they continue to set the bar high. And it comes as no surprise that Spice Girl Mel C is a part of this group.

Last week, Mel C blew fans away with her performance to Britney Spears' Toxic', which had fans in awe. This week, she and pro Gleb Savchenko danced Jazz to 'Step In Time' from 'Mary Poppins' for 'Disney Heroes Night'. Mel C was absolutely excited to dance to a 'Mary Poppins song. Seeing that her mother was a single parent, she worked two jobs to support her daughter's dreams and this performance was dedicated to her mother.

Len Goodman pointed out that their performance felt like Disneyland itself, enchanting and full of fun. Bruno Tonioli noted that the dance was not easy, as the tempo stepped up, but the duo kept up.Carrie Ann Inaba mentioned that the start was out of sync, however, she also said that they put up a good performance. Derek Hough, who had the honor of performing the same number with Dick Van Dyke in the past, mentioned that if he saw this performance, he would have loved it. The duo scored 31 out of 40.

Fans, however, felt that Gleb Savchenko needed to step his game up instead and make use of the talent that was Mel C. "I think Mel C is doing the best with what she’s been given yea I’m looking at you Gleb... that was so blah! #DWTS" tweeted a fan. "Love Gleb but he was not the best choice for Mel C #DWTS" added another. "Why couldn't Val be Mel C's partner. Olivia didn't deserve him #DWTS" tweeted a fan. "Same same. Mel C's routines were more difficult imho. Even there are little mishaps. But the difficulty is more higher than jojo's. #DWTS #justsaying" tweeted a fan. "I actually liked that routine Mel C play the role well and did the dance challenge well she did really good I thought the choreo was good for Gleb’s standard. There was some sync issues overall good job #DWTS My Score: 8," tweeted a fan.
