'DWTS' fans slam show's 'cutesy edit' for Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell

Matt James seems to be struggling to nail his moves and win over fans on 'DWTS'

Season 30 of 'Dancing With The Stars' has celebrities and their dance partners rocking the main stage. But it turns out, some stars are just better than others when it comes to shaking a leg. First, Matt James from 'The Bachelor' struggled to win hearts on his season and now, it looks like he isn't doing too much better on 'Dancing With The Stars'. 

Last week, James danced the Cha Cha to 'Give It To Me Baby' by Rick James with pro-dancer Lindsay Arnold. The duo scored a total of 24 points. With an elimination scheduled on this episode, their performance could make or break his run on the show.

James performed the Samba this week. However, his moves failed to impress the judges, with all of them being of the general opinion that James is too stiff and needs to work his hips more in order to nail the movements. Len Goodman scored him a 5, while Derek Hough gave him a 6. Bruno Tonioli scored James a 6, and Carrie Ann Inaba gave him a 5, resulting in a score of 22. Combined with last week's score, the total was 46 on the scoreboard. While the judges believe that there is room for improvement, fans are refusing to budge on their opinion about him. 

"Lol ok #dwts Derek to Matt: "dude you're a great performer" All of #BachelorNation:" tweeted a fan with a meme. "lmao now we BEEN KNEW Matt James cant dance lol #DWTS" added another. "I put on #dwts because I want to see Cody. The first person up is matt james followed by olive jade. It's as if the show is begging me to turn the channel. Done." tweeted a disgruntled fan. 

While Matt wasn't winning fans over anytime soon, it looks like they not only had a bone to pick with him but also with his girlfriend and 'The Bachelor' winner, Rachael Kirkconnell. "Okay are yall gonna mention Rachel every week during Matt's videos? Stop trying to redeem her #DWTS" argued a fan. "Not DWTS trying to give racist Rachel & Matt James a good, cutesy edit…. #DWTS" agreed a fan. "They should of given Matt James a black women as a dance partner for dwts just to fuck with him and Rachel" added another.
