Seventeen's DK trends for kissing scene from 'Xcalibur' musical, fans ask 'god, me when?'
SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: Seventeen's Dokyeom or DK's musical debut 'Xcalibur' came out in October 2019. It was later released again in August 2021. One year later, the memories of the historical play were reignited by the EMK Musical Company. A documentary revolving around DK's performance titled 'XCALIBUR THE MUSICAL DOCUMENTARY: DK's Brilliant Journey' was released on September 19. Soon clips from the striking play began trending on Twitter, including one where DK is seen kissing Guinevere (played by Min Kyung Ah) on stage.
The documentary shows DK's astounding dedication to work. The adorable member of Seventeen tackled his group's official comeback and rehearsals for the play at the same time.
Currently, the K-pop band is on the Be The Sun world tour. However, it is likely to end sooner than expected. During a livestream, group member Hoshi came forward and spoke about how he would love to perform in Europe, but that is unlikely to happen during this tour. According to the vocalist, the schedule for their upcoming album is set and the dates cannot go through any changes. This has led to the ongoing tour wrapping up without the European shows.

Fans send love to the 'crybaby' of Seventeen
DK of Seventeen is known to be the most affectionate member of the boy band. He is in fact named the 'Crybaby' by Carats. Fans have found the vocalist tear up about the smallest of things on stage. Moreover, DK is seen crying for not being able to do his utmost best which triggers his perfectionist personality. His love for the fans is another reason behind the water showers. Lastly, the K-pop idol adores his group members and tears up while appreciating them. But this soft side of his was nowhere to be found during his portrayal of King Arthur in the musical which is why fans are going crazy over the short reel.
The famous kissing scene from 'Xcalibur' has found the fans thirsting for the 25-year-old. The clip has received 438.3k views and counting in a day. One fan wondered when it would be her turn to get kissed by DK, tweeting, "What the hell is going awn??? God, seriously me when?" On the other hand, a Twitter user questioned Guinevere's choice of "cheating on him with his best friend".
She wrote, "No offence guinevere but if my husband who mysteriously looks a lot like dk from kpop group seventeen kissed me like that I simply wouldn’t go on to cheat on him with his best friend but maybe I’m just different". Another fan tweeted, "He took over my body and used me as a vessel to write this".
