'True love': Hyuna and DAWN fans rejoice as they get back together two months after breaking up

The K-pop singers were reportedly seen together at domestic and international events on January 27, 2023, according to South Korean news outlet News1. According to insiders, they have decided to try again with their relationship.

News1 officially reported and wrote, "According to an official in the entertainment industry, the two recently accompanied each other to schedules not only in Korea but also overseas. It is rumored that the two took care of each other as affectionately as they had done when dating publicly," as reported by Kbizoom.

After the news aired, the K-pop couple's fans went into a frenzy on social media and expressed their feelings about the couple's reunion. As one Twitter users wrote, "They probably just needed a break from each other, sometimes couples need space. They're always together probably suffocatingly. Just needed a breather I assume they could've just gone on a break not broken up. I know true love can never be separated."

Another Twitter user explained how vulnerable their relationship was and wrote, "This is what happens when you're in a long-term relationship, you love each other, hate each other and you don't want them to leave you." The third Twitter user explained the intensity of the couple's relationship and wrote, "They almost sacrificed their careers for each other. They deserve to be together Fait in love restored with respect."

The fourth Twitter user wrote, "Oh my gosh I am soooo happy, never thought I'd care this much about the relationship of strangers but I got so invested in the Hyuna & Dawn love story!" 

One user wrote, "Real love always comes back." 

Why did Hyuna and DAWN breakup?

Earlier, DAWN and HyunA confirmed their breakup after being each others' support system for six years of dating and an engagement. On Instagram, the former 4Minute member declared, "We split up. We've decided to work together and be great friends. I want to thank you all for being so understanding with us," as reported by MEAWW.

After announcing their relationship in August 2018, the couple was one of the few K-pop couples to date in the public eye. After five years of dating, the couple announced their engagement in February. The two began dating in May 2016. The first and only duet album by HyunA and DAWN, who are both signed to PSY's record label P NATION, was released in September 2021 and was titled "1+1=1."

CUBE Entertainment terminated its contract with HyunA on October 15 of last year, and it did the same with DAWN on November 14. The couple soon joined P NATION, PSY's management company, and remained a strong unit. After joining P NATION, they came up with a number of amazing hits. They were both having success in their respective solo careers, as per reports.
