Andrew Tate, widely known as ‘Cobra Tate’, is an American-British social media influencer, TV personality, podcast host, entrepreneur and former kickboxer. Previously, Andrew competed in various international kickboxing tournaments and won titles. Due to his misogynistic and controversial views on genders, he has been banned from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Twitch. The social media platforms took the drastic step owing to his violent speech and their policies violation. But, he has amassed more than 7 million followers on Twitter and 1.47 million followers on Rumble. Andrew is famous for living a luxurious lifestyle. Currently, he is under house arrest in Romania, following human trafficking and rape charges.

Andrew was born to Emory Tate and Eileen Tate on December 1, 1986, in Washington, D.C. He spent his early childhood days in Chicago and Goshen. At the age of 4, he shifted to Luton, England, with his mother after his parent’s divorce. Andrew follows Islam and reportedly has an African American and British descent. While Andrew’s father, Emory Andrew, was an African-American, his mother, Eileen Tate, is of British origin. Andrew’s father was a professional American chess International Master, who has won many competitions. His mother, on the other hand, worked as a catering assistant. On October 17, 2015, Andrew’s father died after collapsing during a chess tournament in California. Andrew is the eldest of the three siblings; all of them grew up in London. His brother, Tristan Tate, is also an influencer and a former kickboxer, known for his controversial statements. Their sister, Janine Tate, is a lawyer and keeps a low profile.

In England, at a young age, Andrew began his kickboxing career. His mother made him take self-defense classes, which shaped his career and helped develop skills needed for the sport. History was formed one day when Andrew met Amir Subasic, the founder of Storm Gym in Luton. The highly skilled kickboxing instructor trained the former kickboxer and helped him achieve great heights. Andrew participated in many international-level competitions before retiring in 2016. In 2017, however, Andrew and Tristan both moved to Romania, Bucharest, where he currently lives. He was arrested in December 29, 2022 after being accused of human trafficking and rape.

Andrew’s younger brother Tristan is also a successful entrepreneur. He has founded two real estate investments companies namely Tate Investments and Verum Capital. Tristan became famous after appearing on the UK reality TV show “Made in Chelsea” and “Shipwrecked: The Island”. Andrew and Tristan often collaborate on various projects both online and offline. They hold joint streams together where they discuss trending topics and genres like business, finance, and entrepreneurship.

Andrew’s sister, Janine, has avoided social media stardom since the beginning. While Andrew and Tristan are pretty close, Janine is believed to be distant from her brothers due to their broken relationship. In an interview, while talking about his sister, Andrew said, "Now I have a sister. My sister and I don't really talk because she goes to feminist rallies and believes [Donald] Trump's a racist. I know, how can Andrew Tate have a low-IQ sister? But it's been proven that the first child (while pointing to himself) is always the smartest. She's like the third."

Andrew completed his schooling from a local school in town called Luxton Sixth Form College. He dropped further studies to pursue a full-time career in kickboxing.

    2005 - 2009

Also known as Cobra Tate, Andrew, a British-American kickboxer, embarked on his martial arts journey in 2005 while simultaneously pursuing a career in TV advertising. On April 14, 2007, Andrew faced off against experienced kickboxer Scott Gibson in one of his early professional fights, contending for the British light-heavyweight title. Regrettably, Andrew was stopped in the fourth round by an overhand right. Despite this setback, his coach, Amir, recognized the significance of this fight as a substantial step forward in his career. Undeterred by his defeat, Andrew rebounded with notable victories over former Super-cruiserweight British Champions Ollie Green and Mo Karbo. He then seized the opportunity to challenge Paul Randall for the vacant ISKA English Kickboxing Light-cruiserweight title. Additionally, in November 2008, he earned the distinction of being ranked as the seventh-best light heavyweight kickboxer in Britain by the International Sport Kickboxing Association (ISKA). On April 25, 2009, in Derby, Andrew claimed his first ISKA Kickboxing title by stopping Randall in the fifth round.

    2010- 2013

Andrew explored the realm of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), amassing a professional record of 2 wins and 1 loss, with one victory by knockout and another by decision. His final professional MMA bout resulted in a first-round knockout win over Shane Kavanagh in June 2010. Throughout his kickboxing journey, Andrew achieved numerous impressive wins, including capturing the IKF-International Kickboxing Federation British Cruiserweight title with a devastating first-round knockout against Daniel Hughes. On March 19, 2011, Andrew vied for France's vacant ISKA world title but narrowly lost on points to Jean Luc Benoit. Despite the defeat, Andrew strongly contested the decision, believing he was the true victor. Determined to prove himself, the two fighters faced each other in a rematch three months later in Luton, England, where he emerged triumphant as the champion, delivering a spectacular knockout in the eighth round. However, in pursuing the It's Showtime 85MAX world title, Andrew engaged in a closely contested battle against Sahak Parparyan on May 12, 2012, in Kortrijk, Belgium, ultimately falling short on points.

A significant milestone in Tate's career was his participation in the Enfusion 3: Trial of the Gladiators reality final tournament on December 2, 2012, aiming to attain the number one ranking in the -85 kg category. Despite securing victories over Sammy Masa and Adnan Omeragić via knockout, Tate suffered a defeat in the final to Franci Grajš, who delivered a first-round flying knee knockout. Andrew, displaying resilience, avenged a previous loss by triumphing over Vincent Petitjean and capturing the ISKA World Full-Contact Light Cruiserweight Championship via split decision on March 9, 2013, in Châteaurenard, France. He successfully defended his title a year later, stopping Cyril Vetter in the first round. Notably, throughout 2013, Tate showcased his skills in the Enfusion Live ring, securing victories against David Radeff, Marino Schouten, Marlon Hunt, and Laszlo Szabo. Participating in a four-man tournament to determine the Enfusion Live -85 kg World Champion, Andrew advanced to the semifinals but was ultimately defeated by Miroslav Cingel.

    2014 - 2020

Despite the setback, Andrew received an opportunity to vie for the Enfusion Live -90 kg championship against seasoned veteran Wendell Roche on June 28, 2014. Demonstrating his prowess, Andrew claimed the title in the second round, becoming only the second fighter to stop Roche in his illustrious career of over 200 fights. After retiring from professional fighting in 2016, Tate made a comeback at KO Masters 7 in Bucharest, Romania, in February 2020. With an impressive track record, Andrew has accumulated 76 wins and 9 losses throughout 85 fights in his kickboxing career. He explored the realm of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), amassing a professional record of 2 wins and 1 loss, with one victory by knockout and another by decision. His final professional MMA bout resulted in a first-round knockout win over Shane Kavanagh in June 2010.

The multifaceted social media influencer, aka “Top G”, is also known for doing commentary in Romania’s Real Extreme Fighting. He has his own podcast ‘Tate Speech’ and does “Emergency Meeting” livestream on Rumble (with the same name) on a regular basis. He has also been featured in multiple British TV and reality shows. His TV career began in 2010 with “Ultimate Traveller”. In 2016, he appeared in a reality show, “Big Brother” and then in 2019, he was seen in “NELK BOYS”.

In 2018, Andrew made two YouTube channels - CONFIDENTIAL and TateSpeech. To these channels, he mostly uploaded vlogs, showing off his wealth and luxurious lifestyle. He catered to the youth through his YouTube channels, which eventually became another source of his income and increasing fandom. Although now, he has been banned from the platform.

Andrew’s reported net worth in 2023 is $380 million. Here’s a breakup of his income with sources.

    Monthly Income - $5 Million+

    Yearly Income - $50 Million+

    Kickboxing career - $90 million

    Businesses - $110 million

    Online presence - $40 million

    Cryptocurrency - $15 million

    Stocks portfolio - $30 million

    Other assets - $60 million

Known for his lavish and extravagant lifestyle, Andrew has acquired many assets with his ever-growing net worth. He’s made investments in real estate, cryptocurrency, stocks, and luxury cars. He has properties (mansions) around the globe, including Dubai, Las Vegas and Romania, among others. He currently resides in a luxury apartment in Romania. He described his Las Vegas mansion, which is surrounded by mountains, as a dream home. It spans over 10,000 square feet and consists of six bedrooms, a gym, swimming pool and home theater.

As per reports, Andrew’s car collection is worth an estimated $15 million. He owns around 11 luxury cars, including Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche 911, Mercedes Benz, Range Rover, BMW, Rolls-Royce and an Aston Martin, and more. From Ferrari to Bentley, he has it all. With a passion for speed and style, Andrew Tate personally selects each vehicle for his collection, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

    Casino business

Andrew ventured into the casino industry after an encounter with a casino owner during his commentary on a cage-fighting show in Romania. This particular entrepreneur, who owned a chain of small casino hotels across Europe, caught his attention. Following his retirement from fighting, Tate proposed a collaborative investment in a franchise model using the existing brand name of the sponsor. Together, they would establish casinos in Romania. Once the sponsor agreed to Andrew's terms, the casino business took off immediately. Andrew implemented a unique strategy to keep the competition at bay by offering complimentary coffee at his casinos. Recognizing that Starbucks' prices were often considered exorbitant, he believed that a casino providing free drinks would differentiate his establishment in the Romanian market. His intuition proved correct, as Andrew now rakes in millions of dollars each month through his thriving casino enterprise. To support his lavish lifestyle and passion for rare supercars, his brother, Tristan, is a partial owner of his casino business.

    Hustlers University

Hustlers' University is described as an online money-focused community that offers education and coaching to over 100,000 students worldwide. The program's bio states that the university serves as a hub for skill development, with professors who are esteemed multimillionaire experts. The paid course presents students with the opportunity to choose from four business models -- Copywriting, Freelancing, Ecommerce, and Amazon FBA. Andrew's motivation to establish the program stemmed from his dissatisfaction with traditional education. He expressed the belief that modern education has resulted in the "enslavement" of a significant portion of the population.

    Webcam Business

Andrew has ventured into the lucrative world of the webcam business, where he operates a successful enterprise. With his keen entrepreneurial instincts, he recognized the potential for substantial earnings in this industry. Although specific details about his webcam business remain undisclosed, it is known that he has established a profitable operation with a team of individuals, predominantly women, who work with him. After Andrew had experienced numerous fights and achieved various titles throughout his career as a fighter, he began contemplating ways to generate income. During one instance, he came across a webcam advertisement while browsing a web page. Intrigued, he clicked on the ad and discovered that there were women who effortlessly earned money online. Following this revelation, he reached out to his four girlfriends and they all started living together in his modest apartment, diligently working each day. As a result, Andrew and Tristan began earning approximately $4 thousand per day. It was a deliberate choice by Andrew and Tristan to refrain from revealing the specific name of the webcam studio website they operated. Andrew Tate has never publicly mentioned any of the women who collaborate with him in his webcam business.

    OnlyFans Business

Andrew's initial significant source of income originated from a webcam studio he established in his apartment, alongside his girlfriends. This venture achieved remarkable success, and by the age of 27, he was earning over $500,000 per month, employing a workforce of more than 70 models. Nevertheless, operating a webcam business proved to be challenging, prompting Tate to downsize the operation and transition into launching an OnlyFans management business instead. Andrew entrusted his brother Tristan with the responsibility of overseeing the OnlyFans company, allowing him to divert his focus toward other entrepreneurial endeavors. It is rumored that they eventually decided to close down the OnlyFans business, as they discovered alternative ventures that generated even higher monthly income.

Andrew operates a merchandising business through the Top G website. The company, known as "Top G Exclusive," serves as a blockchain experiment. The merchandise collection features a variety of items, including shirts, jackets, and mugs. The popularity of the merchandise is evident, as a significant portion is sold out within a day of its release, while the remaining items typically sell out within 10 days. The limited availability contributes to the exclusivity of the products. Prices for the merchandise range from $100 to $139 USD. A unique feature of each purchase is the inclusion of a free NFT mint. This additional element adds value to the merchandise by providing buyers with a digital asset that holds inherent scarcity and uniqueness.

Despite Andrew’s toxic public image, he is considered to be a protective, doning father. Although never married, Andrew has fathered “double-digit children '', who adore him. In an interview with The Times, Andrew said, "I am not going to five numbers but I am certain I will have more children than 99.9 percent of the population of the western world. Double-digit children, and they all adore me. They see me as their hero and the women who have my children see me as a hero."

During a conversation with his dear friend and Kick streamer Adin Ross, the misogynistic influencer stated, "God's will for men to have four wives," enabling them to cultivate large families, and he openly advocated for this concept.

The professional kickboxer once took to Facebook to share his thoughts on dating, he said, "Me personally… I won’t date a girl who’s over 25," and the women who see themselves as equal to men are "the exact kind of woman that I would never give my time of day to."  Let’s take a look at “toxic” influencer’s dating history and past relationships.

    Naghel Georgiana Manuela

Andrew is reported to be currently dating a social media influencer, model and American businesswoman widely known as Georgiana Naghel. Along with Andrew and Tristan, Naghel was accused of coercing and controlling six human trafficking victims to engage in social media p**nography. She is also under house arrest, currently. She has around 267k followers on Instagram, where her bio reads “Personal assistant to Andrew and his brother”. Andrew once shared a picture of her inside an aircraft seat that read, "Fly my plane with the one woman I trust."

    Sofiya Guliyeva

In 2022, Sofiya Guliyeva, a famed TikTok influencer was seen making several videos with Andrew. It was then reported that the duo was dating. She sent Andrew’s fans into a frenzy when in one of the videos, she called herself “Baby G”. But, they never confirmed or denied their relationship.

    Lori Harvey

Andrew was also rumored to be dating Lori Harvey, Steve Harvey's daughter and Michael B Jordan's ex-girlfriend. The model, who is believed to be focusing on her career, didn’t confirm the rumor. She is currently in a relationship with actor Damson Idris.

    Mikhaila Peterson

Andrew and Mikhaila Peterson’s dating rumors surfaced online after they went out for dinner. It sparked curiosity among their fans. However both denied the rumors as the host of 'The Mikhaila Peterson Podcast' is married to Jordan Fuller.

In a controversial video, Andrew admitted that he moved to Romania in 2017, thinking it to be lawless. “Internet’s most hated man” also expected the country to be a risk-free haven for all sorts of crimes. Andrew said he preferred living in a society where “corruption is accessible to everybody”. Along with his brother Tristan and their two associates Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, Andrew shifted to the European country.

    Romanian Investigation

    2022

On April 11, 2022, a man contacted the U.S. embassy to report the captivity of his former American girlfriend in Andrew's mansion and webcam studio located in Pipera, Romania. The subsequent raid revealed four women who were ensnared in a nightmarish reality. Two of them, an American citizen and another Romanian woman, bravely reported their harrowing ordeal, prompting DIICOT, the Romanian anti-organized crime agency, to launch a comprehensive investigation into allegations of human trafficking and rape. Initially considered witnesses, the Tate brothers were released, but suspicions surrounding their involvement persisted. However, the course of justice took a dramatic turn on December 29, 2022, when Andrew, his brother Tristan, and two women were arrested. They were implicated in human trafficking and accused of being part of an organized crime group. One individual also faced a rape allegation. DIICOT contended that the Tates employed the deceitful "lover boy" tactic to lure women into their scheme, forcing them to create explicit content for platforms like OnlyFans. The investigation revealed six potential victims ensnared by the Tates' alleged criminal activities.

Rumors circulated on social media connecting Andrew's arrest to his controversial response video to Greta Thunberg, but Romanian authorities swiftly debunked these claims. After a brief initial detention, a judge extended their detention for 30 days. The Tates appealed this decision but were denied. Under Romanian law, pre-trial detention can last up to 180 days. As part of the investigation, Romanian authorities seized 29 assets worth nearly $4 million, including luxury cars, properties, and valuables associated with the Tate brothers and their enterprises. If found guilty, these assets will be confiscated and used to compensate the victims for the immeasurable harm they endured.

    2023

Two potential victims joined the case as civil parties, submitting statements against the suspects on January 5. On January 14, the fleet of cars previously held by the Tates was moved to a secure location. The defense team representing the Tates’ expressed dissatisfaction on January 7, citing a lack of access to the prosecution's evidence and imperfect translation during the hearing. They requested the opportunity to cross-examine the accusers and highlighted that some of the six identified victims had not filed complaints against the accused. Andrew briefly
visited a hospital for a routine check-up before returning to custody. Two women who resided with the Tate brothers defended them publicly, while two of the alleged victims identified by DIICOT denied being victims in the case. On January 20, a Romanian court extended the pre-trial detention of the Tate brothers until February 27, citing the need to protect the ongoing investigation and prevent flight. On January 25, during his transfer to Romania's organized crime unit, Andrew claimed the case against him was baseless and professed innocence in the face of media scrutiny.

On February 1, his appeal to overturn the extended detention was swiftly rejected by the Bucharest Court of Appeal. Tina Glandian, a notable attorney known for representing high-profile clients, joined the legal team and alleged a violation of international human rights. Throughout the proceedings, witnesses and accusers faced online harassment campaigns aimed at silencing them. In February, it was revealed that the Tate brothers' legal team had sent a cease and desist letter to one of the accusers, threatening legal action and alleging defamatory statements. Prosecutors obtained alleged wiretaps of conversations where Andrew instructed associates to lobby influential Romanian right-wing politicians for his release, further adding to the intrigue. On February 21, a Romanian judicial institution extended the Tate brothers' pre-trial detention for another 30 days.

On March 14, their request for bail was denied for the third time. Subsequently, on March 29, their detention period was extended until the end of April. However, on March 31, the Bucharest Court of Appeal overturned the previous decision, converting their pre-trial detention to house arrest, initially set until April 29 and later extended until the end of May.

On June 13, DIICOT modified the charges from human trafficking to "human trafficking in the continued form," a more severe offense. Another victim was identified, bringing the total count to seven. On June 20, the four accused, including the Tate brothers, were indicted on charges of rape, human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group for the sexual exploitation of women. They vehemently denied all allegations. The investigation into money laundering and trafficking of minors remains ongoing. On July 6, Andrew and Tristan appealed their house arrest, but their appeal was denied, leading to a 30-day extension of their house arrest.

Andrew gained popularity after appearing on the British reality show ‘Big Brother’. He was called out for his racist and homophobic comments many times
