SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: The K-pop industry released a series of hit songs in 2022. Many of which successfully broke every chart record and surpassed astronomical feats. This list covers songs with the most views on YouTube. With Blackpink's 'Born Pink' being the biggest hit of the year, it is clear that the K-pop group dominated this list. Here we put down the top 10 most watched K-pop music videos of 2022. 

The K-pop K-pop world also collaborated with several western artists and released hit tracks. Now, unlike last year when BTS ruled the charts, 2022 was filled with a series of fresh debutants. The list only features music videos released till September. Thus, a lot can change by the end of 2023.

10. Jessi - Zoom 

At the top of the list is Jessi with 'Zoom'. The track became a huge hit right after its release on April 13, 2022. The song is extremely catchy. Moreover, the track has gone viral on TikTok, which turned it into a  global sensation. At the time of writing, Jessi's 'Zoom' had 133,986,379 views on YouTube. 

9. Kep1er - Wa Da Da

Landing on the 9th spot with 135,629,332 views is Kep1er's 'Wa DaDa'. The Korean girl group released the song in early January. The nine-member band has been quite successful over the year with its upbeat tracks and visually pleasing videos. 

8. Nayeon - Pop!

Now, Nayeon from K-pop girl group Twice has made quite a lot of buzz after the release of her solo debut album. The album is called 'IM NAYEON' and features the track 'Pop!'. The song has 136,163,547 views on YouTube. The K-pop idol has been praised for her solo debut and fans hope for her to sweep every award at upcoming events. 

7. Blackpink - Shut Down

In a message to all the haters and those who raised questions if the biggest K-pop girl group was disbanding, Blackpink released 'Shut Down'. The track is from their second studio album 'Born Pink'. It has garnered 145,316,700 views at the time of writing. 



 

6. BTS - Yet To Come

Now, how could this list go without any BTS music videos? The band released the official music video of 'Yet to Come (The most beautiful moment)' on June 10, 2022. The video featured excellent choreography with an unforgettable beat. Moreover, it had all the members stranded at an isolated desert with many eye-catching props in the background. 



 

5. IVE - Love Dive

Another girl group on this list is IVE. The group released the music video of 'Love Dive' on April 5, 2022. The visually pleasing video has 157,573,831 views and counting as of now. 



 

4. (G)I-DLE - Tomboy

(G)I-DLE struck once again with another badass music video titled 'Tomboy' on March 14, 2022. It has all the elements that made it the pop hit that it is right now. The video finds the K-pop idols playing with guns in high-heeled boots. Moreover, the color red dominated the music video to its core. 



 

3. Charlie Puth feat Jungkook - Left and Right

The American singer and songwriter featured BTS's Jungkook on the track 'Left and Right'. The music video has successfully gained 222,145,663 views since its release on June 24, 2022. 

2. PSY feat Suga - That that prod

Another song featuring a BTS member is 'That that prod', with 345,048,164 views. The song came out in April 2022 and had a hint of Gangnam Style from the same artist. The BTS rapper showed off his top-notch rapping skills and elevated the mood of the song. 



 

1. Blackpink - Pink Venom

Straight from their album 'Born Pink', Blackpink released the official music video of 'Pink Venom' on August 19, 2022. The track is easily one of the biggest releases of 2022. It has topped the list with 354,154,996 views and counting. While the chorus is extremely captivating, the song also encourages Blinks to join the #PinkVenom club.
