'The Bachelor' 2023: Fans say Anastasia 'milked that fall' on group date for alone time with Zach

Anastasia fell to the ground on her group date with Zach, but her fellow group members think it was a ruse

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Bachelor' 2023 enters its third week. In the latest episode, Zach Shallcross and his 17 remaining contestants get to know each other better before heading off to a new destination. This week featured a group date and two 1-on-1s, and the competition for Zach's heart is heating up. One of the most memorable moments of the group date is a stunt by one of the contestants, which many think is a brilliant strategy.

Zach welcomed Greer, Charity, Gabi, Davia, Katherine, Jess, Brianna, Brooklyn, Genevie, Bailey, Christina, Anastasia, Kylee, Mercedes, and Ariel on a particularly big group date with the date card, "There are no rules in the game of love." But the game the ladies chose to play was one for the heart.

Anastasia fakes her injury on the field

A bus took the ladies to a football field, where Zach revealed he had enlisted the help of LA Chargers legends Antonio Gates and Shawn Merriman to coach a full-tackle football known as - you guessed it - 'Bachelor Bowl vs The ladies' were split into two groups, and the winning group got to escort Zach to an after-party, while the losing group had to take the bus back to the mansion. Hannah Storm and Jesse Palmer took their seats after the contestants put on their gear to reveal what they called "the most anticipated sporting event of the year"

The Yellow Team (aka the Shell Crushers) and the Blue Team (aka the Ball Zachs) entered the field, and the EMT arrived shortly after kickoff to treat an injured Anastasia. Don't worry. She wasn't really hurt; she just wanted to spend some time with Zach on the sidelines.

Fans respect Anastasia's game plan

Bachelor Nation impressed by Anastasia's performance both on and off the field made them go, "anastasia after faking her injury." While others add, "LMAOOO Anastasia that was smart." One person quipped, "Anastasia with the strategic attention injury." While one person defending her added, "Anastasia isn't milking it, she's just playing European football."

Some viewers enjoyed as they recognize what Anastasia was doing, "Anastasia milked that fall. Lmao." Seeing her speedy recovery made fans go, "Anastasia as soon as Zach gave her some attention for her “injury”" Turning a group date into one-on-one was a pretty smart move according to fans, "anastasia said if i’m not getting a one on one, might as well take this moment to get zach to pay attention to me." Another person added, "Anastasia wanted some Zach time apparently."
