Zach Shallcross and Kaity Biggar's date at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County developed into an overnight adventure

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Zach Shallcross' 'Bachelor' season is just three weeks old, and Zach and his possible suitors are already going on dates that are generally saved for much later in the program. It all started with Zach bringing Christina Mandrell to meet his entire family on the season's first one-on-one date. Then, on the February 6 episode of 'The Bachelor', Zach, and Kaity Biggar went on a date to the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, which transformed into an overnight — replete with matching pajamas and a lantern-lit tent on the museum floor. Their date was unforgettable.

Zach and Kaity spent the night in the museum, beginning with a bite to eat. However, when Kaity opted to bring up her ex-boyfriends and cry over them during her one-on-one time with Zach, Bachelor Nation fans were appalled.

Kaity opens up about her past

During dinner, Zach described his connection with Kaity as "so easy." She also talked about her previous "toxic, tumultuous relationship” of seven years, which left her yearning for "the basics" in her next relationship. "I just want a good man to treat me right," she explained.

"I want you to know that you deserve, like, way more than just the basics," Zach said, adding that it was "baffling" that no one had done more for her previously.

Fans 'cringe' as Kaity brings up her ex during date with Zach

Seeing Kaity say she never had a romantic past made fans question, "Man, Kaity said she’s never done anything romantic in her life, and yet she has an ex? My goodness, that must have been one horrible ex if he didn’t do anything romantic for her once in her life." Another adds, "Kaity crying over her ex ." Some fans suggest, "Kaity don’t bring up your ex… #TheBachelor cringe." A fourth person quipped, "Kaity’s exes watching this like."

While others who could relate to Kaity wrote, "Kaity crying when she’s literally asking for the BARE MINIMUM in a man… I FELT THAT." Others add, "Kaity is cute but I need some…. substance.. some personality… some spice!!!"
