Season 8 of HGTV's 'Brother vs Brother' is upon us and the competition is heating up! Drew and Jonathan Scott, of 'Property Brothers' fame, will go head-to-head in an exciting renovation series. This time around, there are no limits to their budget, renovation or home location, so the stakes are higher than ever! From demolition to sale, they have dream teams of renovators and designers at their disposal to help them renovate the house to perfection.

According to the official press release by HGTV, “In a clash of limitless possibilities, anything goes as the Brothers max out their renovation ingenuity and real estate savvy in hopes of adding the most value to their chosen properties – a hillside fixer upper for Drew versus a beach-adjacent home for Jonathan. Throughout the season, older brother JD referees the action, Jonathan’s girlfriend Zooey Deschanel offers advice as a lifelong Angeleno, while a slew of stars from HGTV, Food Network and discovery+ arrive to evaluate the weekly design challenges. In the end, whomever adds the most home value will walk away with the coveted prize – bragging rights and title of Best Brother.” The new season has many thinking about past showdowns between the twins and who may have won the most seasons. For those wondering which Scott twin won the most seasons of 'Brother vs Brother,' we have an answer here. Read on to find out more.

Drew Scott has won more seasons of ‘Brother vs Brother’

Drew has won the most seasons in 'Brother vs Brother,' with four wins in Seasons 1, 2, 5, and 7, while Jonathan has won just three times, narrowly, in Seasons 3, 4, and 6. In Seasons 1 and 2, Drew won after his teammates David Font and Melissa Roche were hailed as winners for their smart design decisions.

Each season of HGTV's 'Brother vs. Brother' features an exciting showdown between Drew and Jonathan. For weeks, the two brothers work tirelessly to remodel two homes in each episode, trying to outdo the other in every area, from living rooms and kitchens to bedrooms and outdoor spaces. Each of the six episodes takes us to a different city or place, where the challenge is to create a unique story at each stage of the competition.

Ultimately, the Scott brothers' ability to predict what buyers want will determine the winner of each season. Profits from the sale of the renovated house are donated to charity, with the brother whose house fetches the highest price declared the winner. It's an exciting competition to see who can best use their creative talents to transform a property into a desirable home.

Catch the sibling rivalry on ‘Brother vs Brother’ Season 8, premiering on Wednesday, January 11, at 9 pm ET/PT on HGTV.
