Blake praises Ariana for Jim and Sasha’s incredible performance

Sticking to their low-key folksy tunes Jim and Sasha Allen easily managed to serenade the coaches. While speaking to the camera backstage, Ariana said, “I know it's been a long time since a duo has gone this far in the show. I really hope they're the ones to go all the way. America, listen up." After their performance ended, Blake shed a light on their journey saying, “I would say since this season began, I've seen the greatest strides, the greatest improvement [in you].” He added, “I'm telling you, last week was unbelievable and this week, you did it again."

Blake Shelton then praised Ariana Grande saying that she did a good job as their coach. The latter too shared her opinion after the duo’s set focusing on how they tackle, “these tremendous songs” that they pick “so fearlessly”. She added, “you do it so beautifully and so carefully and so stunningly each time. I'm so moved by you, and I hope America votes for you both." In the next episode that will air on Tuesday, November 16, two contestants will be eliminated leaving only top 11 in the show.

‘This was probably their best performance yet’

Social media users too noticed their improvement as compared to the last few weeks. “I want Jim and Sasha Allen to win this season of #TheVoice”, said one fan as another posted, “I was most blown away by jim & sasha allen tonight!! I had chills & teared up! #TheVoice”. While praising the duo, another added, “I will not tolerate any Jim and Sasha hate. they did amazing.” One, however, had a different view, “Can we all agree that Jim and Sasha and Ryleigh should go?”

“They are super talented! but it’s sad they made it further than bella denapoli and katie rae”, tweeted one user as another chimed in, “This was very beautifully crafted. Jim reminded me of the guy from Moulan Rouge and Sasha has really come into his voice and is really blowing me away!” The next one said, “This was probably their best performance yet, it was so soothing and made me want to close my eyes and enjoy the music, some people can’t appreciate what’s right in front of them, I’m sure Jim and Sasha will make it!” And, one concluded, “I love their story. I don’t love their performances. They obviously enjoy singing together but their voices are not strong.”
