'Below Deck' crew and fans are no strangers to the strange requests and erratic demands made by the guests aboard luxury superyacht My Seanna. After completing the first charter of Season 9 with Nikki Foster and her girlfriends without any hiccups, the crew was eagerly looking forward to the second group of guests. Although they were hoping for another group of laid-back and chilled guests like Nikki and her friends, they were instead greeted by a 'rowdy group'.

The second group of charter guests were realtors from Seattle, who wanted to unwind and be pampered by the crew during their time on the luxury superyacht. The group's primary charter guest- Michael Durham, made it pretty clear that he and his friends were real bourbon-connoisseurs, who were expecting to have an unlimited supply of fine bourbon during their time on the yacht. Joining alongside Michael were his colleagues- Sean, Terri Augustyn, and Justin Richards. Although all the guests were heavily drunk, it was Justin's drunken antics that raised everybody's eyebrows. From threatening to throw Terri off the stairs to storming off from the dinner table and having his dinner separately, Justin's erratic behavior certainly drew a lot of attention. If you're curious to know more about Justin, then read on.

Who is 'Below Deck' charter guest Justin?

Justin Richards is a Seattle-based realtor who works at Keller Williams and is the founder of Entegra Real Estate. According to his bio on Keller Williams website, Justin has been a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident and has been in the real-estate business since 2005. He specializes in residential real estate marketing, acquisition, and resale. "With more than a decade in real estate, and a powerful proven system for client success, Justin and his Team have built a preeminent business practice guiding property Buyers and Sellers across the Greater Puget Sound through the home Buying or Selling process," states the website. "Justin is a father to a beautiful young girl, Sydney, who is unquestionably the light of his life. When he isn’t working, Justin has a true passion for travel, absolutely anything that goes fast (e.g. cars, motorcycles, planes, etc.), and he coaches & trains new real estate professionals on how to begin their career successfully."

On 'Below Deck', Justin accompanied his colleague Michael Durham to sail on the stunning waters of St. Kittsbon. Instead of constantly calling the stewardess for a refill on his drink, Justin came up with the nifty idea of requesting for his drink to be filled in a sipper cup and handed to him so that he can sip on it peacefully for hours. While Justin was proud of his efficient solution, the crew and his colleagues couldn't help scoffing at him for drinking alcohol out of a mug while onboard a luxury superyacht.

Heavy drinking brings out an ugly side of most people, and it was no different with Justin. He got extremely annoyed at the dinner table with his colleagues who were judging his drinking, so he left the table and sat by himself on the dock. he later requested the crew to serve him his dinner down there. He constantly kept cussing his colleagues, and when he later rejoined the group, he focussed his energies on giving Terri a hard time. He was verbally abusive towards Terri, and at one point he demanded the crew to get Terri away from him. The crew immediately intervened to stop from anything untoward happening on the yacht between them. Chef Rachel Hargrove was convinced that the duo were secretly hooking up and bringing out their wild side after getting drunk. We will just have to watch the episode to see how things go down between Justin and Terri.

'Below Deck' Season 9 airs every Sunday at 9/8c on Bravo.
