It's finally time for the last charter of the season on luxury superyacht My Seanna and the tension between the crew members is at an all-time high. Chief Stew Heather Chase appears to be at the center of all the drama. After the 'Below Deck' star offended Rayna Lindsey by using a racist slur, the chief stew managed to irk the chef Rachel Hargrove and even fans with her behavior toward Fraser Olender.

After receiving the cold shoulder from Rachel and Rayna, Heather wanted to vent her heart out. So she pulled aside her best friend and new stewardess Kaylee Milligan saying she wanted to get her hair braided. The problem was Heather and Kaylee were still on their shift, but the duo left their tasks aside to do Heather's hair. Heather dumped all the work on Fraser Olender, so that Kaylee and she could spend some time gossiping and getting braids done. Even though Fraser was calmly carrying out the service and catering to all the needs of the charter guests, Heather still found an issue with his work and reprimanded him.

During his work, Fraser stepped into the crew mess to pick something up, Captain Lee Rosbach, Heather and Kaylee were present there too. Heather got very upset with Fraser for coming to the crew mess while he was supposed to be working as it looked like the whole interior team was in the crew mess instead of working in Captain's eyes. Fraser was too exhausted to argue with Heather, so he quietly accepted that it was his fault and continued with his work.

Fans however were annoyed with Heather's unprofessional behavior and her reprimanding Fraser. A fan tweeted, "Heather, getting her hair done in the galley by her BFF/stew……jumping on Fraser for WORKING?!? Take a seat Heather #BelowDeck." Another fan wrote, "Hold up, so Heather's getting her hair braided by her bestie stew with both of them downstairs but calls Fraser out when he's ONLY one working? Umm, you're not on a sleepover w/your gf's braiding each other's hair while swapping cutesie stories, ya' have a JOB to do! #BelowDeck." "Heather is insufferable. How do you chastise someone for working whilst getting your hair braided in the middle of your shift? #BelowDeck," wondered a fan. "No no no Heather... You're in the wrong here. You were getting your hair done in the crew mess, with another stew. Fraser was actually WORKING. #BelowDeck," added a fan.

Another fan shared, "#BelowDeck Wow Heather you suck!! So unprofessional. She got called out by @capthlr & deserved every bit of it. She acts like she's the captain & he & everyone else are just her little minions. Now she's taking it out on Frasier. Hope she's gone after this season."

"I feel like Heather didn't need to be pissed that Fraser came in to the crew mess because he was actually working. Cap Lee was pissed about the fact that everyone from the entire crew was on a break at the same time. #BelowDeck," commented a fan. "Seriously, she’s leaving Fraser on his own so her friend can braid her hair? Heather’s got nerve reprimanding him. #BelowDeck," seconded a fan.
