In the yachting business, a guest's happiness and satisfaction is of the utmost importance as a happy guest leaves a big, fat tip for everybody on the crew. Fans on Bravo's hit show 'Below Deck' have over the years watched the crew members of the luxury superyacht, My Seanna, cater to every whim and crazy demands of the guests just in the hopes of receiving a nice tip at the end of the charter.

Season 9 of 'Below Deck' kicked off with a group of girls chartering the yacht for a small vacation. The charter's primary guest Nikki Foster was hoping for an exceptional service and a great luxury experience during her brief stay on My Seanna. Although the guests were super impressed with the yacht's interiors and the amazing food served to them, unfortunately, Foster wasn't entirely pleased with the crew's housekeeping skills. She pulled the chief stew Heather Chase aside to point out some rookie mistakes made by the staff while doing housekeeping such as leaving the trash bag with trash on the couch in the guest's bedroom or not keeping any towels in the guests' rooms.

So when it was time for Foster to leave a tip for the crew, she was generous enough to give them a whopping $18,000 as a tip. But before leaving the yacht, Foster did express that even though she loved her stay on the yacht there were a couple of hiccups with the housekeeping. Later, Captain Lee Rosbach called Heather and asked her what the issue was. The chief stew managed to get herself out of the tricky situation by reassuring the captain that her team would work hard and never repeat the mistakes again.

Fraser Olender, who was appointed as the head of housekeeping by Heather bore the brunt of the charter guests's feedback. Heather warned Fraser that he should be more careful while carrying out his duties. Fraser gently tried pointing out to Heather that although he was the head of housekeeping, he spent 90% of his time in service, which left him with very little time to carry out his housekeeping duties. Heather wasn't entirely receptive to what Fraser was trying to tell her and just kept pushing him to do a better job.

Fans were pretty annoyed with Heather's treatment of Fraser and felt that the chief stew was burdening him with a lot of work while the third stew Jessica Albert was only handling laundry and doing nothing else. Several fans took to Twitter wondering why Heather wasn't making Jessica juggle between laundry and other housekeeping duties. A fan tweeted, "Isn’t Heather in charge of interior scheduling? So she knows she put her head of housekeeping on service for 90% of the charter... Make it make sense! #BravoTV #BelowDeck." Another fan wrote, "Heather needs to decide what Fraser needs to do. Make drinks, Jessica can take towels to rooms. Heather needs to figure this out, I thought she did it before #belowDeck." "So the 3rd stew hides in laundry and Frazier does service and housekeeping #belowdeck," wondered a fan.

Another fan pointed out, "Heather…don’t you also have Jessica…your third. I mean I know she likes laundry but she’s also to do cabins, not just Frazer #BelowDeck." "Probably sh*t stirring editing BUT this 3rd stew should be helping serve while she does laundry ….. stuff is in machines she's not beating the towels against a rock to wash them #BelowDeck," expressed a fan. "@HeatherChase has got to be kidding me about chastising @FraserOlender about a towel and trash bag removal She should’ve had Jessica help with the rooms #BelowDeck," added a fan.
