'Bachelor in Paradise' 2022: It's Brittany's week! Fans call her 'girls girl' after she stands up for fellow contestant Jill

'Brittany is the friend we all deserve,' a fan tweeted after Brittany confronts Jacob

VALLARTA, MEXICO: Despite not having a great connection with anybody thus far, Brittany did earn a rose from Casey Woods during the first rose ceremony. She did earn an invitation from an Italian entrant for a date on the October 11 episode of 'Bachelor in Paradise,' where she presented her candid self and emerged as a hero.

When Peter Izzo arrived with a date card, the rotating door of Paradise continued to revolve. Casey Woods had a feeling Peter would go on and on about his pizza company, and she was right. "We immediately talk about pizza," Victoria said to the cameras after Peter drew her aside. "I'm very proud of it. I started the brand when I was 23 years old," Peter said to Victoria. He chose to take Brittany Galvin on a date that included going out on a yacht, but the pizza fest continued.

"I've never been on a date before where it seems to me like they're more interested in themselves," Brittany said to the cameras, adding, "He just kept bragging a lot, which is a turn-off for me." Peter discussed how he extended his pizza company from Florida to Long Island, New York, and how he and his buddies like renting boats on weekends. Brittany avoided the kiss when Peter moved in for it. "It's cool, we're here to make it fun, and it's going to be amazing," Peter remarked.

Brittany informed the cameras, "I'm not really a touchy-feely person unless I'm really into someone. Pete is a good person, but he's just not my person," Brittany concluded.

Brittany told some of the women back on the beach about the date, including how he repeatedly touched her leg and boasted about obtaining a superlative in high school for having the most beautiful eyes. "There was so many different things of him just bragging and talking about himself the whole time," Brittany added.

Meanwhile, Peter assumed that everything had gone fine. "Every vibe was right, every box was checked," he said to Casey and Romeo Alexander. Brittany, according to Peter, didn't connect with him since she came to Paradise just to get recognition as an Instagram model. "Do I not have a following enough for you that this can become clout that you can get afterwards?" Peter was perplexed.

Brittany hung out with Andrew Spencer after her failed date. Despite Brittany's earlier assertion about not being a "touchy-feely person," they sat on a daybed and made out.

"It was a complete 180 from my date," Brittany said of her time with Andrew.

Later, when Kira made an unexpected reappearance after her elimination to pursue Jacob, a happy pair comprised of Jacob and Jill encountered a stumbling hurdle. Kira Mengistu returned to speak with Jacob and seek another opportunity. She went on to say that Jacob "felt like home to me" and that "I was like really devastated by not getting your rose." Jill became enraged after seeing this conversation. But Jacob did not immediately pursue her. Enter Brittany. The girl who can't stand by and watch her girl be wronged. She approaches Jacob and reminds him that she needs to go get his girl, prompting Jacob to abandon his conversation with Kira and go console, Jill.

From shutting down Peter's kiss to blooming a romance with Andrew and ending the day by standing up for Jill, fans couldn't get enough of Brittany in one single episode. Seeing her stand up for her girl, Jill, a fan wrote, "Brittany is a girls girl and she deserves all the things in life #BachelorInParadise." Also seeing her turn down Peter's kiss, a fan tweeted, "BRITTANY WITH THE SCOND DODGE OF THE SEASON #BachelorInParadise." One viewer labeled her 'the friend we all deserve' in the tweet, "Brittany is the friend we all deserve. #BachelorInParadise." Fans can't help but root for Brittany and Andrew after seeing her go through a 'prison-like' date with Peter, "Brittany going straight in for the kiss with Andrew after being held prisoner on a yacht by the pizza delivery guy all day. #BachelorInParadise."

Fans now demand to see more of Brittany after her moment with Jill: "Brittany is the biggest hype woman and protects her friends at all costs and honors girl code. I want more of her !!!!! #BachelorInParadise." A fan already declared their account to Brittany stan account after the October 11 episode: "Queen of dodging creepy men trying to kiss her, queen of standing up for and having women’s backs, and queen on making the first move on guys she likes. This is officially a Brittany Galvin stan account #BachelorInParadise." Another fan tweet read: "Brittany for queen of everything! She just walked up to Jacob and about to give him the business #BachelorinParadise." Some fans also went after Jacob as they felt without Brittany's interference he wouldn't have gone after Jill: "Let's be honest, Jacob. If Brittany hadn't interfered you would still be talking to Kira. #BachelorInParadise."
