PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA: 'Zillow Gone Wild' host Jack McBrayer recently visited a stunning Pink Palace owned by designer Tracy Turco. She and her husband her real estate developer husband Jerry purchased the Palm Springs property for $1.74 million in 2020.

However, Tracy has now put the Pink Palace on the market as she wanted to move to Palm Beach, Florida. The Pink Palace was previously up for $3.8 million in the market but Tracy later reduced it to $2.8 million. The 3,441-square-foot features three bedrooms and four baths and sits on half an acre.

Tracy revealed in the episode that her mom resides in Florida. Tracy added, "I have a baby and I want her to be near her grandmom." The Pink Palace has a rich Hollywood history as the property was previously owned by glamorous socialite and actress Magda Gabor, eldest sister to both Zsa Zsa and Eva Gabor.

This residence was built by Magda's fourth husband, Arthur 'Tony' Gallucci. After Magda's death, Zsa Zsa moved briefly to the Pink Palace in 1997. The mid-century design mecca of Palm Springs was built in 1964 and is located on a terraced hill with views of the mountains and the famed Southern California resort city. It features a pool in the front yard.

Did Pink Palace qualify for the 'Zillow Gone Wild' semi-finale?

Despite the vibrant color and rich history, the Pink Palace failed to grab a spot in the 'Zillow Gone Wild' semi-finale list. Presently, the missile silo and stonehedge houses are the two properties that bagged a spot in the Top 8. HGTV show host Jack McBrayer ranked the property according to its creativity, commitment, and wakadoo factor.

The pink palace scored big in creativity and Jack explained that the property used 'color and texture to elevate the Hollywood Regency design'. For the commitment, the HGTV host said, "There is not a square inch of this home that doesn't spell glamour and opulence." He concluded, "Painting your house a bold pink, I would say that leans on the wackadoo side".
