VALLARTA, MEXICO: The cast of 'Bachelor in Paradise' 2022 features 43 contestants, which is a record for any 'BiP' season. However, the numbers appear to be declining quickly, and not simply due to elimination.
The spoilers for ABC's 'Bachelor in Paradise' Season 8 are out, and the first week is full of love, passion, and drama. Some cast members, as per spoilers, find love. However, two contestants self-eliminate during the first rose ceremony. Read on to know all about it.

Who are the first contestants to leave the Paradise?
According to 'Bachelor in Paradise' spoilers, this season has several self-eliminations.Reality Steve reports that two women from Clayton Echard's season of 'The Bachelor' called it quits immediately following the first rose ceremony. Teddi Wright and Sierra Jackson are the two ladies in question. The spoiler expert stated, "After the first rose ceremony, Teddi wasn’t feeling it with Andrew and self-eliminated. Also, after the first rose ceremony, Michael broke up with Sierra, and Sierra self-eliminated."
Andrew Spencer and Teddi hit it off right away this season. Andrew fought for Katie Thurston's heart before Paradise and made it pretty far in the season before being ousted in week 6. Teddi appeared to be with Clayton till the end, but they couldn't keep their relationship going. It's unclear what happened between them in Paradise to cause Teddi to depart, but she appears to decide the show isn't for her.
Many 'Bachelor in Paradise' Season 8 viewers were eager for Andrew Spencer and Teddi Wright to appear together before these spoilers surfaced. Prior to filming, Andrew and Teddi both seemed eager to get to know one another on the reality show. As for Teddi, Andrew told Entertainment Tonight, "I’ve heard that she might be in Paradise, and if she is here, then I’d definitely like to talk to her."
Teddi also told Entertainment Tonight that she wanted to meet Andrew. "I hope that Andrew’s here," she added. "His personality is definitely the type that I usually gravitate towards."
"I’m coming in very fresh," Teddi explained. "I’m gonna meet all of them on the sand. … I do love guys that are really goofy, really funny, so I think I’m probably gonna gravitate toward the guys that probably have bigger personalities here." Having said that, Andrew also stated that he wanted to "meet very genuinely" with no expectations.
It's also unknown what happens to Michael and Sierra. Michael's breakup with Sierra may have a significant influence on her willingness to stay, and she is unlikely to imagine a future with anybody else on the beach.
'Bachelor in Paradise' Season 8 premiered on ABC on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at 8 pm ET. New episodes will be aired on Mondays and Tuesdays.
