ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: The first two seasons of 'Selling the OC' premiered in 2022 and 2023, respectively, and the third season will now be available on Netflix on May 3, 2024. Season three's cast appears to be the same as seasons one and two.

However, if the program gets renewed for a fourth season, things may change significantly.

We've learned of three agents who have left the Oppenheim Group in recent months. Sean Palmieri, who left the O Group, must be one of the most well-known and contentious.

Netflix's 'Selling the OC' returns for Season 3 on May 3, and the trailer teases the future drama that will continue to shake things up on the reality show. Sean becomes a topic of conversation among the agents, with Tyler Stanaland pointing out that he has never sold a property.

Sean responds to Tyler at a beach party, accusing him of nepotism and stating, "It would be really nice if I had Daddy hand me all my listings."

'Selling the OC' agents Austin Victoria and Sean Palmieri lock horns

The Season 3 teaser depicts Gio Helou declaring, "Sean is trouble. His business is suffering" while he drinks.

The clip closes with Austin Victoria confronting Sean outside the office for spreading rumors. Austin urged him not to talk about his family, and the guys began to push each other. Other agents hurry to interfere.

In a later moment, Austin confronts Sean about fabricating claims and spreading rumors. "I am sleeping like a baby because I have the truth," Sean claims.

'Selling the OC' Sean Palmieri claims Oppenheim Group was 'not a culture fit' for him

"Unfortunately, the Oppenheim Group was not a culture fit for me, and I’m really excited for the future as I just signed as a partner with an amazing, top-producing team and mentor, Steve Games, previous owner of Prudential California Realty and Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty," Sean said in a statement made available to the public.

"Our team recently just launched with Coldwell Banker West," he added.

"Returning to the serene atmosphere of San Diego County, where I first ventured from Florida to California, brings me great joy," he said. "I’m eager to explore the opportunities that lie ahead for my business and success in this vibrant community," said Sean.

Sean Palmieri missed 'Selling the OC' Reunion taping owing to 'gaslighting' from co-stars

Sean's declaration comes after the surprising release of a first peek at the Netflix series' third season, which appeared as part of the sister program 'Selling Sunset' Season 7 Reunion special. Sean was conspicuously absent from the taping, while co-stars Alex Hall, Polly Brindle, Gio, and Brandi Marshall were all there, despite Sean looking to be the most involved in the forthcoming season's turmoil.

His heated exchanges with his castmates, particularly Austin, appear to reflect the "culture fit" difficulties he mentions in his statement. When ET got down with the group in August before Season 2's premiere, Sean teased Season 3 as having "double listings, double drama," and revealed some of his insights from filming the two seasons consecutively.

"I feel like in business, I took the initiative to now, I keep majority of my colleagues at arm's length, because I started to realize, once I get involved in too much drama ... that leads into friendships ending," he revealed.

"I saw that with, Polly and I were really close. There's some others in the office that I was close with, and now we don't really speak that much, because there's a lot of back and forth. There's a lot of pointing the finger, and it's, you can't really win a lot in this office. It's like, if you call someone out on their BS, it's like, 'Oh god, he called me out, and now it's time I'm gonna go after him!' Like, 'How dare he?!' It's getting ridiculous," Sean added.

"There's a lot of gaslighting," he continued.

"So for me, it's been a blessing in disguise, because ... [now], I kind of just do my thing. I'm respectful with people. I think the only agent that I'm that would say I'm close to is [Alexandra Jarvis], like, since day one. When I first met her, we just got along super well, and she's been the only agent that I just feel like I could have an actual, good dialogue with, and just be on good terms with and always just have good, fresh energy. But, with some friends, I mean at the beginning until now, I'm just low-key kind of over it. I'm like, you guys, this is too much hypocrisy. It's very childish. And I'm like, we are in our mid-30s. We are adults, and we need to start acting like it."

'Selling the OC' Season 3 will premiere in its entirety on Netflix on May 3.
