PORTLAND, OREGON: As the new season of 'Little People, Big World' approaches, there will be some changes in the cast. Matt Roloff's girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, has decided to quit the show amid family drama.

Caryn believes that the Roloff family has too many disagreements. Amid the chaos, she found herself in the role of a mediator, facilitating communication between Matt and other family members, and that has been an emotionally exhausting task for her.

One of the other reasons why Caryn decided to leave the show is the interference of producers in the storyline. "She thinks there are too many disagreements with what they want to say and do on air, and too much family drama," reports The Sun

"Matt really wants another season, but Caryn is completely done," the source said. "She feels as though she's the one always caught in the middle trying to mediate. Although she knows it probably makes for good ratings, she doesn't want to be a part of it anymore," the source dished.

Despite the potential boost in ratings, she does not want to continue being the family's mediator. In the upcoming season, fans will witness Caryn's strained relationship with Zach and Tori.

The rift between Matt, Caryn, and Zach and Tori escalated when they decided to sell Roloff Farms outside the family. The relationship with Caryn was affected as she was allegedly accused of influencing Matt's decision.

In the 'Little People, Big World' Season 25 trailer, Matt and Caryn accepted, "We don't see Zach and Tori that often, I think they made some kind of pact to not come at the farm." Later in the clip, Caryn says, "I'm not used to being cut off, devoid."

Are 'Little People, Big World' couple Matt Roloff and Caryn Chandler engaged?

Matt and Caryn are ready to walk down the aisle. The patriarch of the Roloff family proposed to his girlfriend in April 2023 and Caryn said "yes."

"After six wonderful years together, I asked Caryn to marry me and she said yes! Our plan is to enjoy our engagement and we are looking forward to a simple but elegant wedding in 2024," Matt says to People.

Season 25 is all set to feature the couple's engagement. When the producers asked, "Can you please share your big news with us?" Matt said in excitement, "I asked her to marry me, and she said yes."

As the couple announced their engagement, they shared their plans for a 'simple but elegant wedding in 2024' with the outlet. As of now, there have been no updates about the couple's marriage on their social media feed.

In the upcoming season, Matt expresses hesitancy about sharing the engagement news with his ex Amy Roloff, saying, "I haven't seen Amy since Caryn and I were engaged. I don't know if she's gonna make things awkward or she is okay with it."

Later in the clip, Amy asks Caryn to show the ring and extends her hand. Matt is visibly shaken by the outcome at this point. Stay tuned to TLC to see what unfolds for the couple in the new season.
