OREGON, UNITED STATES: 'Little People' star Matt Roloff has once again withdrawn his 16.6-acre farm from the market after it failed to sell for the listed price of $3.4 million, according to The Sun.

Originally listed for $4 million in 2022, he later reduced the price to $3.4 million in 2023 before removing it from the market in December.

While the farm is no longer for sale, it remains available for rental.

This marks the second time Matt has taken the property off the market/ The first instance was in October 2022 when he opted to list it as a rental due to construction delays.

Despite setbacks, the Airbnb rental was expected to be operational for the pumpkin season but was again placed on the market for $3.4 million.

Reducing the price from the initial $4 million to $3,395,000, Roloff made adjustments in an online listing as reported by In Touch Weekly.

The TLC star had first disclosed his intention to sell the main house and a segment of the farm through an Instagram post on May 12, 2022.

Accompanied by a photo of himself beside a "for sale" sign, he began the announcement, "Well, the cat's out of the bag. I want to make sure you all hear the big news directly from me."

How much did Zach Roloff offer father Matt Roloff for the farm?

Zach had made a competitive offer for Roloff Farms, using his dad's previous buyout amount as a reference.

However, his offer fell significantly below Matt's asking price when he initially listed the property. Eventually, Matt paid $1,642,000 to gain full ownership of Roloff Farms.

During the season premiere of 'Little People, Big World', Zach said, "I had a starting point, and it was based on what my dad bought my mom out for."
