ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: Alexandra Jarvis, star of 'Selling the OC,' has made a surprising exit from her job at legendary realtor The Oppenheim Group's Newport Beach office, becoming the third agent to leave their position before the debut of the hit Netflix show's third season.

Despite being featured in the dramatic teaser for the new eight-part series, which is set to premiere on Friday, May 3, PEOPLE has learned that the 33-year-old luxury realtor has now left the company, along with fellow cast members Tyler Stanaland and Sean Palmieri.

For the past week, fans have been speculating about Alexandra's employment status at the firm, especially after noticing her profile was removed from the official website's "Meet the Team" page. The Oppenheim Group has stated that "she no longer works there."

On Wednesday, April 24, her former employer, Jason Oppenheim, star of 'Selling Sunset', and cofounder of Oppenheim Group, said to the outlet, "I don't want to speak for Jarvis, but... she decided to do what's best for her, and I have a lot of respect for that.... We're still on good terms."

Alexandra Jarvis accuses 'Selling the OC' co-stars of 'starting rumors'

The reason behind Alexandra's exit from the organization is yet unknown. However, the trailer for the upcoming series seems to depict her joining forces with Sean, who is expected to be fired for supposedly "starting rumors." She jokes, "It's like they have a full-time job trying to manipulate and twist things," in a short clip. It's unclear at this point to whom she is addressing.

Alexandra, a trained employment lawyer, has been a member of the 'Selling the OC' ensemble since the show's inception in 2022. In season two, she had a dramatic falling out with her colleague Alexandra Rose after becoming more uncomfortable with her former friend's flirtation with prospective clients.

Tensions escalated when Alexandra Rose realized Alexandra Jarvis had held a meeting with one of their common clients without her.
