Who is Justin Farrell? 'Lakefront Empire' agent thrives in real estate after being sober for 15 years
OSAGE BEACH, MISSOURI: 'Lakefront Empire' Season 1 star Justin Farrell is a real estate agent and a broker from Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.
He has been in the real estate business for around a decade and currently working as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
He helps potential buyers and sellers find their dream both lakefront and non-lakefront homes.
However, he deals with expensive homes and closes cheapest property deals. Justin recently shared with HGTV that the "cheapest property I ever sold was a 1,000-square-foot house for $14,900, and it was livable!"
According to his LinkedIn profile, Justin is the Secretary/Treasurer of the local Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors. He has also been an active member of the Missouri Realtors Committee.
He has also been a president of a local non-profit soccer union named, Lake of the Ozarks Soccer Association, which helps local children.
Before finding fame as a local realtor, Justin had an alcohol addiction which made it tough for him to be successful.
During his struggling days, he lived with his parents and was juggling between two jobs, a real estate agent in the day and a nightclub disc jockey.
However, he has been sober from alcoholism for the last 15 years and is now ready for a brand new chapter in his career.
The real estate agent will make his television debut with the HGTV show 'Lakefront Empire' Season 1 and help his clients find a perfect abode from an array of modest properties worth $100K to multi-millions.
Besides being passionate about real estate, he has also been a musician and started playing violin when he was 6 years old. He learned fiddle when he was 9, as well as the trumpet and tuba in high school.
He is a self-proclaimed 'band nerd'. He also loved the high fantasy book series, such as 'The Wheel of Time', by authors Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson.

'Lakefront Empire' real estate agent Justin Farrell joined Lindenwood University in 2001 to study Political Science and Government. However, he ditched the college in the mid-session and never actually returned to graduate.
Justin shared with HGTV that he moved from Lake of the Ozarks to Saint Charles, Missouri, to attend college and play soccer.
Sadly, he later realized that he "wasn't nearly as good a soccer player as I thought I was so I left the team." He further revealed, "Unfortunately, I didn’t graduate because I majored in partying."
The HGTV real estate agent further noted, "Knowledge is power. When you stop learning, you stop growing. If I only knew then what I know now!"

Justin Farrell has been married to his wife, Carrie, for more than a decade after dating for a few years. He met Carrie in 2009 and was six months sober from alcoholism at the time.
The couple got married after she gave an ultimatum to him to propose to her. Justin shared with HGTV that his "wife told me if I didn’t ask her to be my wife, she was going to leave me!"
He added, "The best compliment I ever received was when she said yes to my proposal. She gave up everything to live with me, and I am not an easy person to live with!"
Justin and Carrie also share a 7-year-old daughter, Airabella, who brings joy into his life. Their daughter studies at Camdenton Middle School and recently visited her school for a sweet father-daughter dance. Justin also has two furry friends, a dog and a cat.
'Lakefront Empire' Season 1 premieres on Monday, March 11 at 9 pm on HGTV. The new episode will be available to stream on Max.
