LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Selling Sunset' Season 7 is returning on Netflix with another dramatic instalment. However, this time the Oppenheim team will be moving to a totally new office, but in the same city.

In the latest season, the Oppenheim Group will navigate penthouse listings and the inevitable showdowns that come with working with big personalities in the high-stakes luxury market. The 'Selling Sunset' cast will have listing parties, real estate tours and a dramatic cast tour in California.

After six seasons in their office, the Oppenheim Group has closed their Los Angeles office space and moved into a brand new office. However, they just shifted their working place next door. Their new office could not be more different from their earlier office. Jason Oppenheim has revealed that the new office is double the size of the earlier office and features a dark blue moody walls, marble countertops, duck-egg blue sofas and an upscale bar.

Jason has also dropped some of the stunning photos of their new office. The old, iconic silver desks have now been replaced with sleek wooden desks, topped with brass mushroom lamps. The wall shelves are filled with decorative books and a neon sign with the phrase 'Take the road less travelled' in neon pink. The new office revamp comes just a few months before 'Selling Sunset' Season 7 airs.

Jason Oppenheim upgrades his office ahead of its 10-year anniversary

Jason Oppenheim upgraded his office this year as the company approached its 10-year anniversary. In an interview, Jason revealed, "I love where I’m at. I really never wanted to move. But if I ever was going to move and expand, I wanted it to be right next door."

The Oppenheim Group's new office was designed by Alex Becheru and Alice Kwan Becheru from the design firm White Glove Estates, who told Architectural Digest that they found inspiration for the property in 'the rich colours and decadent details of Old Hollywood'.

What is new about 'Selling Sunset' Season 7?

'Selling Sunset' Season 7 promises to be more dramatic and exciting with luxurious listings. Heather Rae El Young was the show regular on the Netflix show but because of her maternity, she will now appear in Season 7 for just a few episodes.

Shortly before the sixth season premiered, Heather Rae El Young revealed that she had not received any call to return for filming for the seventh season after her maternity leave ended. She was also notably missing from Netflix's 'Selling Sunset' Season 7 cast photo.

Brett and Jason Oppenheim will lead up the real estate office, with agents Chelsea Lazkani, Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Emma Hernan, Chrishell Stauss, Mary Fitzgerald and Nicole Young, returning with the show.

However, in the upcoming season, Chrishell Stouse and Jason's ex-girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk will add to the drama as they get involved in an explosive feud. Meanwhile, Chelsea Lazkani and Bre Tiesi's feud is expected to continue in the new season also.
