LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Netflix has been quite generous with its international content of late. The upcoming drama straight from South Korea is 'The Good Bad Mother,' starring some well-known faces from the Korean film industry. The cast is led by Ra Mi-ran, Lee Do-hyun, Ahn Eun-jin, and Yoo In-soo as the main characters of the series. 'The Good Bad Mother' or '나쁜엄마' as in Korean, is a series about a mother-son duo who go through life trying to find meaning in the little things when their lives take a drastic turn.

The show's focus is on Lee Do-hyun who plays Kang-ho. His life is upturned when he gets into a tragic accident, which leaves him with the mind of a child. When he comes back to his native place, the series starts to narrate the story of the ambitious boy and his mother's journey to heal their relationship. Who stars in 'The Good Bad Mother'?

Ra Mi-ran

Ra Mi-ran started out as a theatre actor before she stepped into the world of movies. Mi-ran is known as the best supporting actress after she aced her role in 'Dancing Queen.' The actress debuted with the movie 'Lady Vengeance' and there was no looking back for the actress since then. Mi-ran was also hailed for her leading role as a North Korean defector in Jeon Kyu-hwan's movie 'Dance Town,' and won global acclaim with Variety calling her role "riveting" and "a landmark performance." She has also won Best Supporting Actress at the 34th Blue Dragon Film Awards for her terrific role as a young boy's mother in the movie 'Hope.'

Lee Do-hyun

Lee Do-hyun's original name is Lim Dong-hyun. He changed his name to better fit into the entertainment industry as a professional actor. He is best known for his roles in 'Hotel del Luna,' '18 Again,' 'Sweet Home,' 'Youth of May,' and 'The Glory.' Do-hyun completed his studies in the Department of Film and Theater at Chung-Ang University. Two years back, Do-hyun had a starring role in Netflix's 'Sweet Home,' which was adapted from the webtoon of the same name. For his role, Do-hyun received a good response for portraying his character and became a fan-favorite. 



 

Yoo In-soo

Born and brought up in South Korea, Yoo In-soo is a household name in Korea and fans might have seen him in many note-worthy movies and TV shows like 'Strong Girl Bong-soon,' 'Gangnam Beauty,' 'At a Distance,' 'Spring Is Green,' 'All of Us Are Dead' and 'Alchemy of Souls.' He was also nominated for the Baeksang Arts Awards in the Best New Actor – Television category for his portrayal in 'All of Us Are Dead.'
