Victoria has been candid about her past struggles with mental health and is committed to breaking the stigma associated with it. In an Instagram post, she shared her struggles and emphasized the importance of seeking help, crediting her therapist for playing a pivotal role in her journey to where she is today.
"It’s Victory Monday! Yesterday was a very special game as we also performed with our My Cause My Stars - I wore lime green for mental health awareness 💚 I would like to bring awareness to Mental Health and break the stigma. I personally waited so long and suffered silently because I thought people would judge me and treat me differently. Its okay to not be OK!" she wrote.
The Texas native went on to say, "We should applaud and celebrate those in need of help. There is no shame in seeing a therapist or taking medication to help your mental health. I would not be standing here today if it were not for my therapist."

When did 'America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders' star Victoria Kalina begin dancing?
Victoria Kalina has a rich history in dance, beginning her journey at the age of 2 at Top Hat Dance Centre. Over 18 years, she trained in a variety of dance styles including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, and musical theatre.
The blonde beauty was a dedicated member of the dance company for 10 years, competing and performing at various events. During high school, she joined a professional performing company, where she showcased her talents at corporate events. She also enjoyed attending dance conventions to learn from different choreographers and compete with her company.
Additionally, the DCC veteran taught ballet and tap to young dancers at Top Hat. Currently, she remains dedicated to her training at The Joffrey Ballet School in Dallas, focusing on ballet and jazz techniques.
