Becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader is no easy feat - it's a demanding and rigorous process that consists of three challenging rounds of auditions.

The preliminary round of auditions requires candidates to submit a headshot and full-length body photo, as well as a 20-second introduction video and a 60-second freestyle dance video with their application.

The semi-final round narrows down the pool of cheerleaders, with only 110-120 making it to the semi-finals and 60-70 advancing to the finals.
