The documentary will follow the cheerleaders as they go through the rigorous audition process, intense training camp, and the exciting NFL season, all in their quest to secure a spot on the prestigious squad. Kelcey Bond Courtnall

Kelcey Bond Courtnall is a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader who holds a degree in Nursing. A perfect day in her life would involve sleeping in, enjoying a cup of coffee, taking her puppy for a walk, spending time with her closest friends, and ending the day by watching a movie. She admires individuals who can type quickly on the computer when she was younger, she practiced the same diligently. As a result, she has become a fast typist. 

McKenzie Sherman Hughston

McKenzie Sherman Hughston is one of the first group leaders of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and has a degree in Dance & Psychology. She is currently working towards a Master's degree. Her inspiration comes from the people she loves, and she enjoys knowing she is working towards a greater purpose. Being a leader motivates her to be a role model and gain the trust of her teammates.

Exercise is something she cannot live without as it is therapeutic, boosts her confidence, and makes her feel empowered. She has no regrets in life and she believes that every experience we go through shapes us into the person we are today. 

Claire Wolford

Claire Wolford, a dance teacher and pilates instructor from Lincoln, Nebraska, graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Integrated Marketing and Digital Communications. She is inspired by her supportive friends and family who motivate her to work hard, improve herself, and strive for a greater purpose every day. The one thing she cannot live without is the "Good Lord", as He is the reason for everything she is and does.

Additionally, Claire loves exercise because it makes her feel healthy and strong. She believes that mistakes are necessary for personal growth and does not regret any of her past actions. Her main motivation comes from her faith and the support of her close family and friends. 

Chandi Dayle

Chandi Doyle is a scheduling coordinator at a Pediatric Dental Office who holds a degree in Sports and Society. She enjoys watching TV shows like 'The Office' and 'Love Island'.

This cheerleader is inspired by her mother, who has taught her everything she knows and shaped her into the strong, independent woman she is today. Her mother is her biggest support. One thing she cannot live without is her puppy, Carl, who is her best friend and they have a strong bond. They are always there for each other and he has had a significant impact on her life.

Jada Mclean

Jada McClean is from Palm Springs, California and works as a dermatologic office patient coordinator. Her favorite TV show is 'Grey's Anatomy'. She feels inspired by individuals who overcome obstacles to achieve their goals, and regrets ever doubting her own abilities. Her mother is her biggest motivation whom she described as hardworking, selfless, and resilient.

Armani Latimer

Armani Latimer is a billing coordinator at a law firm in Anderson, South Carolina. She attended the University of South Carolina and holds a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She is inspired by failure, successful people, her community, perseverance, and love.

Her faith and her family are two things she cannot live without. She does not have any regrets because she believes that every experience, whether taken or not, comes with a lesson. Her main motivation comes from the people in her village who are constantly working towards their goals and striving to be the best they can be. Seeing their drive and determination inspires her to do the same.

Dani McGinnis

Dani McGinnis, a resident of Puyallup, Washinton, is an Interior Design Assistant and Pilates Instructor who graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications. She loves the TV show 'Bridgerton'.

Her biggest inspiration is her mother, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2020 but is now cancer-free. Her mother's resilience and positive outlook on life motivate her to appreciate every moment and not take anything for granted. What drives her the most is the thought of how proud her younger self would be of her current and future achievements.

Megan McElaney

Megan McElaney, a loan processor from Oceanside, CA, who attended San Diego State University. She is inspired by making positive impacts on people and putting smiles on their faces. Motivating others drives her to be a role model for young people in all aspects of her life. Her favorite TV show is 'Friends'.

One thing she cannot live without is her family. Her biggest motivation comes from wanting to impress her younger self and her older self - she aims to be someone that her 8-year-old self would look up to and be inspired by, as well as someone that her 80-year-old self would be proud of and satisfied with. This mindset has pushed her to step out of her comfort zone and become a better person.

Darian Lassiter

Darian Lassiter is a resident of Phoenix, AZ and attends Arizona State University, majoring in Digital Marketing. She holds a degree in Communications and is inspired by traveling, which helps her recognize her place in the world and motivates her to achieve her goals. 

This Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader cannot live without coffee, sushi, and her twin sister. She does not have any regrets because she believes that everything happens for a reason. The biggest driving force for her is encountering challenges and obstacles, as it inspires her to improve and excel in all areas of her life.

Elli

Elli is a Certified Public Accountant working as an audit senior at a public accounting firm. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Oregon and the University of Washington. Her biggest inspiration is her mother, who she describes as a superwoman.

Elli aims to emulate her mother's qualities of hard work, confidence, and enjoying life and hopes to be both a successful businesswoman and a mother like her. Peanut butter is something she cannot live without. She sees herself as her own biggest source of motivation and has a competitive drive that pushes her to reach her goals without giving up. She strives to make herself proud and believes in her ability to achieve anything when she sets her mind to it.

Jessica Bowman

Jessica Bowman is a commercial real estate tenant representation advisor in Austin, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Public Relations and a minor in Business. She finds inspiration from the leaders and mentors she has had in her life. Listerine Breath Strips are something she cannot live without. She has no regrets in life because she believes that everything happens for a reason and is part of a higher plan.

Victoria Kalina

Victoria Kalina is a dance teacher from Coppell, Texas. She likes watching TV shows like 'Grey’s Anatomy', 'Gilmore Girls', 'Gossip Girl', and 'Dancing with the Stars.' She is inspired by being around highly motivated people because it motivates her as well.

Dance is the one thing she cannot live without, as it is her passion and she feels blessed to have the ability to perform, create, and train in it. She would do it constantly if given the opportunity.

I strive to live my life without any regrets. She is driven by the future and all the possibilities it holds, which motivates her to strive for success and never feel restricted by her goals.

Ashlinn Maze 

Ashlinn Maze is a certified personal trainer and dance instructor/choreographer from St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Corporate Communication and Sales. She finds inspiration in perseverance, seeing others push forward toward their goals despite facing challenges. She cannot survive without her foam roller! What drives her the most is her love for performing, entertaining, and supporting others, along with the support of her family and friends.

Jensen McCoy

Jensen McCoy, a resident of Newbury Park, California, is a staffing agency recruiter who graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Medical Studies. She draws inspiration from those who have paved the way for her success as a woman in all areas of her life. She can't do without a comfortable hoodie and a soft blanket, even in warm weather. Her main drive comes from her family, who encourage her to strive for excellence and pursue her most ambitious goals.

KayDianna MacKenzie

KayDianna MacKenzie from The Woodlands, Texas is a public relations and dance instructor who graduated from Texas Christian University with a bachelor's degree in Communications. She credits her parents for inspiring her, as they have taught her selflessness and helped her develop her faith. She is grateful for everything they have done for her.

Kaydianna cannot live without her heating pad, as she uses it constantly for sleeping, sitting, and eating. Her husband and family are her main sources of motivation, without them she would not have achieved what she has today.

Kelee

Kelee is from Longview, Texas, and attended Kilgore College, where she earned a degree in Associate of Arts. She works in sales and is inspired by people who go above and beyond to achieve success in their careers and personal goals. She cannot live without candy. She has no regrets, and strives to learn from her past choices. Her main driving force is her faith and family, which provide comfort and serve as constant reminders of her potential for greatness.

Kleine Powell

Kleine Powell, a Graphic Designer from Richmond, Kentucky, graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Digital Media and Design and a minor in Japanese. She is motivated by the desire to make her family and friends proud. Traveling is the one thing she cannot live without. The main source of her motivation is her family and her husband, Luc. They consistently support and encourage her in all her new endeavors, making her feel confident and loved.

Lea Tunnell

Lea Tunnell, an Escrow Assistant from Cleveland, Ohio, is inspired by her friends and family to strive to be the best person she can be every day. Their positive and loving energy motivates her to spread the same positivity to those around her. Her family is extremely important to her, and she couldn't imagine life without them. The main driving force in her life is her family, who have always been there to support and encourage her since she was a child. She feels grateful to have such a loving and supportive family.

Madeline Massingill

Madeline Massingill is a dance instructor from Round Rock, Texas who finds inspiration in the joyful memories she creates with her DCC sisters. Her favorite TV shows are 'Modern Family' and 'Stranger Things'.

Madeline cannot imagine her life without having a daily phone call with her mom. They make it a point to talk to each other every day to catch up on their lives and share what's going on. Her biggest motivation in life is her mother's hard work and dedication towards her and her brother.

Rebecca Troyak

Rebecca Troyak is from Dallas, Texas, and works as an international sales & development coordinator at the University of Southern California. She holds a bachelor's degree in dance and finds inspiration in people who pursue their passions and dreams. She is surrounded by a supportive network of family and friends who motivate her to do the same in her own life. She can't live without her family, husband, friends, puppy, and passion for dance. DCC is unquestionably her ultimate dream and she will always value the path that led her to this point. Her main source of motivation comes from her husband, family, and puppy. 

Tori Skills 

Tori Skills, originally from Plano, TX, graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing. She is inspired by her family and people who continuously strive to improve themselves and work well in a team. Her favorite TV show is 'Stranger Things.' Good music immediately lifts her spirits. Her primary source of motivation is her faith, which she considers to be the core of her identity.

Amanda Starcevich

Amanda Starcevich, an assistant account executive at a marketing agency, is originally from Healdsburg, California, and graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in business administration. She is inspired by her husband's determined attitude and support for her pursuing her dreams without fear of failure. She cannot function without her coffee. The biggest driving force for her is striving to impress herself.

Kally Savon

Kally Savon, originally from Bennettsville, South Carolina and currently attending the University of Florida, works as an Administrative Assistant. She holds a degree in dance and finds inspiration in learning about people's passions and the impact one person can have on others. As a cheerleader, she believes in engaging with the community and believes that something as simple as a smile can make a difference in someone's day.

Karley Swindel

Karley Swindel is a dance instructor, choreographer, and realtor from Nederland, Texas who graduated from Champions School of Real Estate in Houston. She finds inspiration in people who persevere and do the right thing, even in difficult situations. She believes in working hard, staying humble, being kind, and always doing what is right in order to be blessed and rewarded in return. One thing she absolutely needs in her life is Jesus Christ, coffee, and chocolate. Her main drive is her vision of the future. The thought of the family she wants to have one day fuels her determination to work hard and achieve her dreams of becoming a wife, mother, and business owner. She is committed to creating a happy and healthy life for herself and her loved ones.

Kylie Dickson

Kylie Dickson, a Business Development manager from North Tustin, California who attended the University of Mississippi and earned a degree in Marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing, cites her mother as her biggest inspiration. She admires her mother's selflessness, love, intelligence, and hard work, as well as her dedication to giving back to the community, caring for her family, and being a great friend to others. 

One thing that is essential to Kylie in life is her family. She values their unwavering support and cherishes the adventurous experiences they share together. The memories created with her lively family are the highlights of her life. Her main drive is her desire to excel in everything she sets her mind to. She is motivated by the goal of achieving excellence and is willing to put in the necessary effort to reach it. She enjoys setting ambitious goals for herself to constantly strive towards improvement.

Marissa Garrison

Marissa Garrison, a resident of Round Rock, Texas, is a boutique owner and administrative assistant who graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and a minor in Business. She is inspired by her friends and family who constantly encourage her to improve and bring positivity and happiness into her life. Her mom is her source of motivation in life. 

She is also motivated by the belief that life is unpredictable and precious, so she embraces risks and lives each day to the fullest.

Sophy Laufer

Sophy Laufer, a dance instructor from Simi Valley, California, is inspired by her parents who have taught her the values of hard work, kindness, and compassion. Her father's leadership and work ethic motivate her to pursue her goals, while her mother's kindness has shown her the importance of being considerate toward others. One thing that is essential to her life is her mother, who is not only her best friend and biggest supporter but also the most selfless person she knows. Her mother is always there for her, providing guidance and support. Additionally, she also has a pink blanket that she cannot sleep without. The main driving force in her life is her dreams for the future. Keeping her goals in mind helps her stay focused and motivated to work hard and strive to be the best version of herself every day.

Zhenya Kolpakova

Zhenya Kolpakova, a consulting producer from Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, holds a Master's degree of Science in Visualization from Texas A & M University. She is inspired by her grandmother, who has always been a strong support and motivator for her to continue learning, growing, and striving for greatness. Her grandmother's resolute nature, big heart, and selflessness have shaped Zhenya into the person she is today, and she is grateful for the influence her grandmother has had on her life.

One thing Zhenya cannot live without is animals. She has had a strong bond with animals since she was a child, and her Rottweiler was her best friend. She values the pure love and companionship that animals provide.

One of her biggest regrets is not being able to say goodbye to her loved ones when they needed her, especially when she was living in a different country from her family. She still feels the weight of not being there to support her family during difficult times, like when her grandfather passed away. The pain and loss from that day continue to haunt her, and she struggles with accepting that she couldn't be there to help.

Her main drive is to be a source of pride for her family, who have made many sacrifices for their future. She is motivated by the hardships they endured to ensure her success, and she strives to make choices that honor their efforts.

Anna Kate Sundvold

Anna Kate Sundvold, hailing from Columbia, Missouri, is an investment advisor representative at Texas Christian University. She is inspired by individuals who possess kindness and compassion, regardless of the challenges they face in life. Witnessing people treat others with respect motivates her to strive for personal growth and be a better person.

Sundvold cannot live without coffee. A classic, strong pot of black coffee is necessary for her to make it through any day. The biggest driving force for her is her family, who are her strongest supporters and have been by her side through everything. They keep her focused on her goals and inspire her to keep pushing forward every day.

Brooklyn Davis

Brooklyn Davis, an account executive from Flower Mound, Texas who attended the University of Alabama, is inspired by her family and friends. She feels fortunate to have such amazing people in her life who also provide her with incredible support. Music is something she can't live without and she can be found listening to it at any moment. Her primary source of motivation is her strong faith in her Lord and Savior, which drives her to stay motivated every day.

Camille Sturdivant

Camille Sturdivant, a brand platform advisor from Overland Park, Kansas, finds inspiration in witnessing her loved ones achieve their goals. Observing their hard work paying off motivates her to continue striving towards her own aspirations. She cannot survive without her Lip gloss. Her family's influence has instilled in her a drive for excellence and a strong work ethic, motivating her to always make them proud and represent them well in everything she does.

Kennedy Lynn Hannan

Kennedy Lynn Hannan is a social media specialist from Marion, Iowa who is inspired by her parents, who have played a significant role in shaping her into the strong, fearless, and confident woman she is today. She is proud to be their daughter. She always has sunshine on her mind. Her main source of inspiration is her siblings. She aims to serve as a positive example for them and show them that they are capable of achieving their goals.

McKenna Gehrke

McKenna Gehrke, a clinical assistant from Denver, Colorado who attends the University of Arizona, is inspired by her parents, grandparents, personal stories of endurance, perseverance, and God's love and grace. She cannot live without her family and coffee. Her main drive is to strive for personal growth and constantly improve in all areas of life.

Reece Allman

Reece Allman, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, is inspired by her parents' humility and selfless love, which motivates her to love others and give sacrificially. Her faith is the one thing she considers essential to her life. Her primary source of motivation is her family and friends. She credits their unwavering love, support, and encouragement for helping her reach her current accomplishments.

Taylor Brown

Taylor Brown, a customer concierge from Eugene, Oregon, is inspired by the opportunity to make a positive impact on others' lives. She believes that there is no greater gift than giving to others and seeing the positive changes it brings. She credits her parents as a prime example of the impact one can have on others.

The Oregon native regrets not being on a college dance team because in high school she was scared of change and taking risks, even though she always dreamt of being on a dance team and dancing with her hair down instead of in a ballet bun.

Her greatest drive is the desire to support her parents as they supported her in her upbringing. She is motivated by the opportunity to repay their efforts and provide for them in return.

Zoë Dale

Zoë Dale, a full-time student from Rowlett, Texas attending Kilgore College and the University of North Texas, is inspired by her parents' strong work ethic, grit, and determination.  They serve as a powerful example and motivation for her to achieve her goals. She is very close to her mom whom she calls her best friend. Her biggest drive is to make a younger version of herself, proud.
